I’ve been using this company for at least 12 years, started when they were called RideOut. They are one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Always willing to help and are very honest. Their crew is extremely nice and courteous. I always recommend them to anyone that needs help with their HVAC systems.
Brent came to check our two year old A/C after we were informed that it needed major repairs, he informed us that it works well and is not in need of those repairs. He is very knowledgeable and honest. We are happy to find a reliable and honest A/C company
My system needed a compressor that was discontinued from my understanding from my original installer. I thought I would have to replace the whole system with a new unit. I called several contractors for an estimate. AC and Refrigeration, Cassidy, was the only contractor that looked at fixing the unit or just replacing the condensing unit. Saving me of course $1,000's instead of just giving me a new unit price. Fair and HONEST, to put my interest and repair ahead of making a buck on a new unit! I appreciate that I can trust AC Refrigeration. ?
