Caroline has braided my 9-yr-old daughter’s hair several times and it is always such a pleasure. When my daughter got to see her hair in the mirror just now, she squealed and jumped up for excited hugs because of how beautiful she felt. I experienced my first massage today with Madresha was amazing. I have received maybe 50 massages in my lifetime from over 10 massage therapists and Madresha is my top choice for quality and cost. Her attention to detail during the massage was great, perfect pressure, and unique techniques left me feeling light as a cloud :) She uses essential oils appropriately, warm coconut oil and there were no strong perfumes or smells. The facility was inviting, relaxing, and clean. I will be returning soon and I highly recommend Madresha with Healing Mood Massage!!!
I was brand new to The Chair. The salon is very cute, clean and rustic. This was my first time going to a different stylist so I was a little nervous but Brigitte worked well with my crazy thick hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. She was very relaxed and personable and I would recommend her to friends and family.
Requested style: I requested to clean up my bangs and blend my layers into a short bob and Brigitte did exactly that.
I can be very picky about how my hair is cut and Matt is so calm and non-judgmental and does an excellent job! He really listens to what you want and makes sure you are happy. The salon is also very clean and beautiful, and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!
I see Lisa-Marie at Paper Salon and she is just wonderful! Incredibly talented, kind and friendly and a true artist. She does an amazing job with my cut and color services and recently gave me some highlights that turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Paper Salon and Lisa-Marie. Each time I have had an appointment at this salon, I have never left disappointed. I have always received an outstanding cut and/or color. The staff are fantastic at their craft and if the owner is present during your appointment time, you will likely receive extra hospitality and an entertaining conversation. I would suggest to plan ahead for appointments, they book up quick for obvious reasons
My last appointment was with Aileen, she was an absolute delight through the approximately 137 microfoils she gave me back in September 2022
I love every time I have an appointment scheduled for a little self-care with Leisa! Whether it be a haircut, foil, or free bang trim in between cuts, I always feel like I'm at home in this private little gem of a salon! I was suffering from some pretty gnarly psoriasis on my scalp and Leisa suggested a specific shampoo, showed me how to use it for best results and to maximize my supply. I am so happy to say I have been CURED of the itchy, flakey, crusty scalp, and won't use any other product or salon!!
I don't say this casually - my experience with Hannah was transformative. I got way more than a completely bespoke haircut; I got a massive amount of education about washing, styling, drying, etc. that goes far beyond what I've learned through too many hours of clicking on Pinterest links. I can't believe how lucky I was to find this place!
I go to salon gold to get my haircut and recently dyed as well. I go for Sarah, a hairdresser and she does a wonderful job each time. Recently I had her bleach my hair and she was able to lift my hair from a 4 to a 10 in 2 hours as well as trim it. Needless to say it turned out great and I am very happy with my results. I never felt discomfort in the salon and there is always some friendly chatter.

Booked an appointment online pretty easily, and though I was not able to see the stylist I was originally scheduled to see, I was rebooked for the following day. It’s a fun and eclectic feel once you’re inside, courteous staff and it felt pretty inclusive in terms of staff having knowledge of all hair types and textures. I wish they did more to fight the pink tax though. Would highly recommend. There are plenty of parking options, and the nursery next door is a must see.

I thought I could walk-in but was told they do not take them. Nonetheless, was able to get in in an hour and a half. Very accommodating. I think someone asked how much a men's cut is: $30 (a bit on the medium end for me), $10 for a shampoo. Credit fees have gone up for retailers, so they prefer cash. Karina cut my hair and I was surprised that she had adjustable metal clippers for the short side length. I was very satisfied with my cut. Both were really friendly and talkative. I would definitely go back.

It’s a great spot in MPLS. A great bakery and coffee shop next door make a day of it. I bring my nephew with me too he loves it also. I think it’s something special when you can bring kids to a barbershop and they like it.

So happy with the haircut I got here !! I have coarse Asian hair and this is one of the few times a hair stylist complimented the thickness of my hair rather than complained. She clearly has worked with different Asian hair types. She cut it so quickly and efficiently. I showed her a picture and she cut it just the way I wanted it. I love the way it looks when I style it and the layers are also great when my hair is straight as well. It’s a great price and I can tell how passionate she is about her job. I will definitely be going back.

We recently hosted my bachelorette party at Aurora Spa. The experience was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I cannot say enough good things about Rohanna and the team. Firstly, Rohanna was extremely communicative with us leading up to the day of. We had 20+ attendees, and all of us were able to select any treatment, ranging from pedicures to 3 hour packages! Rohanna coordinated with us and her staff to develop a treatment schedule and ensure that our attendees could enjoy the treatment they selected. We had a space in the spa for us to gather -- the staff set up tables and even helped us carry in the food and beverages. We were able to hang out in the space and laugh and enjoy each others company, while the staff was there to help with whatever we needed. The treatments were AMAZING and everyone felt so relaxed and pampered, while still enjoying each others company. Literally every detail was executed to perfection; the timeline, the services, the hospitality of the team. I highly, highly recommend partnering with Rohanna to host a spa day or even just popping into Aurora for an individual spa service as it is reasonably priced for an AMAZING experience. We were able to book with Lany same day and she was absolutely wonderful as was the hostess! I really like this place. Its a shame that the jacuzzi was not working the day I made my appointment and also the sauna in the men’s area its not clean. It has a weird orange musk all over. I really enjoy my CBD therapy massage but thing can be better in the common area.

This is in response to the review a few hours ago by Timothy Bands. First of all, I'm usually the only white person there also and I'm always treated very well.
Secondly, Tiwanna is from Gary, Indiana, so I don't know what you heard (maybe voices on your head?) but she only speaks English.
Thirdly, if you had on mascara when you came in for your appointment, like I did, you have to wash that stuff off before you get your lashes or they're not going to stick well. Or if there's some goop on your lashes, same thing. It's just standard practice.
I've been coming regularly to see her for about 2 months, every 3 weeks, and her fingers have never smelled like anything, so perhaps sensory hallucinations also?
Tiwanna is great and does a great job. Sorry the fullness of your new lashes freaked you out, but you'll get used to them. And then you'll love them!

Called and made an appointment same day for a septum piercing. Once you arrive immediately you can tell it’s a very clean and well run establishment. Alex was setting up as I filled out my paperwork. Once I was finished he was ready too. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I knew right away I was in good hands. He explained the entire process before hand so I knew exactly what was going to happen. He showed me all the tools and how everything was sterile. During the piercing he made sure I was okay after each step. Gave clear instructions to me on what I needed to do (breathing, close my eyes). I went in at 4:00pm and was done by 4:20pm. By far a great experience and how fast it went was amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get a piercing.

Jeff's talent and work are incredible. Jeff is careful and meticulous (something you obviously want with a permanent tattoo) and takes great care, even with the simplest of designs or even text. In my case, Jeff did some initial work on my right arm at an event held at the shop, and it went so well that I came back a few weeks later for a similar one on my left.
It's not to say that the artists that did my prior work weren't any good, just that Jeff's work was better, for many reasons.
First, Jeff took great care and time to align the two tats so that they matched on each arm and were in sync with each other. Jeff knows just what pressure to use so that the inking is well done without any additional "pain."
Best of all, Jeff is simply an awesome human being. Friendly, nice, outgoing, and professional.
If this is your first time getting inked or then next on a walking canvas, Jeff is who you want putting that permanent person statement on your most precious possession, your bod.
Quality work and fair prices. Be sure to tip well, Jeff's work and talent are deserving of the "extra bump."

In requesting a memorial tattoo that would remind me of the deep and expansive beauty and love that my mom imprinted in my life, Dolores skillfully etched the perfect design onto my arm. I had a hard time envisioning the exact tattoo I desired, but Dolores took note of the vague idea I had and created this resplendent quetzal (national bird of Guatemala) that I find breathtaking. Dolores was very responsive to all my questions and made the process easy. I am very pleased with Dolores' knowledge, experience and masterful work. These guys are great! We had a portion of sewer line break and needed to be repaired under our driveway. They clearly communicated what costs would look like depending on what route they needed to go for repairs (1 hole vs. 2). While onsite for the repair, they had consistent communication on when water would be shut off and what they needed. Luckily they were able to get the job done with only 1 hole needing to be opened. I hopefully will never need to use their services again, but will be my first call if I have issues again with my sewer line. Thank you!
I couldn’t recommend Barr Web Plumbing more highly. They replaced a dysfunctional toilet in our home with a minimum of fuss and hassle, and for a reasonable price. Co-owner John Webster assessed the problem, gave us an estimate, and did the work. Not only is he professional and extremely competent, but he’s also incredibly engaging, friendly, and conscientious. We have used Grabow Plumbing as our go to plumber since they participated as a plumbing contractor in a major remodeling project at our house almost 15 years ago. They have done a number of repairs for us during this time and we have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of the service we have received. They have always been prompt and courteous. The do have an emergency service which is available outside regular business hours. They are a relatively small business so we have gotten to know the employees which is always a good thing rather than having a new person every service call. Plumbers are not inexpensive but I believe that their prices are fair. I highly recommend Grabow.

I am very pleased with the service from Northern plumbing. I thought I had a water softener leak and may need a new water softener. I called late in the day on Monday and Chris arrived promptly on Tuesday afternoon. Chris could have told me I needed a whole new softener. Instead, he figured out one of my toilets was constantly running. He also could've sold me a bunch of new parts for my toilet. Instead, he was able to remove the sediment and shorten the chain. He also checked my water and said it looked great. He saved me potentially THOUSANDS of dollars. I strongly recommend Northern Plumbing and will never use another plumber again!

I love working with them. When I brought in my 90 year old Karastan my Grandparents bought when they attended the Chicago World's Fair in 1934, I was ushered into their display space and was shown a hand-tied rug with the same pattern which was created in the 1930's. They know rugs, and I am totally comfortable with how they are cleaning, but even more with how they are caring for my family heirloom. I'm looking forward to displaying this heirloom in my new condo. I highly recommend them. BTW, they cleaned the rug a couple of decades ago when it came to me.

I had my down couch cushions reticked here and it added *years* to their life. Before this service I was getting poked with feathers every time I used the couch, and my kids wouldn’t stop picking them out and leaving a pile of fluff on the cushions. I used Karen’s Green Cleaning before getting my house ready to sell. One was with Norma who did an exceptional job deep cleaning our home. Even the carpet had a beautiful pattern to it! I was very impressed. We also scheduled a regular cleaning before our open house and Karla was amazing with that as well. She was very friendly and made the house sparkle! I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me! I contacted Excellent Cleaningz once again to handle move-out cleaning for my apartment. They were very flexible with scheduling (which proved necessary when some of my plans with other contractors went awry) and did a spectactular, thorough job. Their pricing was completely reasonable, and they were very transparent in what they were charging and why, both in preparing an estimate and in telling me what the actual service would cost on the day. I'd contact them again without hesitation.

Jeffrey did an amazing job bringing this floor back to life after it was covered with linoleum and carpet for 50+ years. I would highly recommend Earl's floor sanding. After removing carpet, we found wood floors in rough shape due to pet stains. They sanded and stained in a dark color and the result is beautiful. Honest, reliable and they came back to touch up trim after we finished tiling the entry.

They came up with a design that would fit our new copper gutters. It looks amazing, all of the neighbors have been texting us! Merrick check in with me daily to provide updates. He meets with the crew off and on throughout the day. We sit down for coffee weekly to discuss change orders, status of project and review questions. The team is amazing, they always come to work happy, laughing and truly like working together. There is no smoking or loud music. They are all highly trained and expert carpenters, painters and problem solvers! I have already recommended them to friends and family. We contacted On Time Contractors for a quote to finish our basement after reading many positive reviews on Angie’s list. Their price was lower than the other two quotes we had and they were able to start almost right away. Aleh and his crew were very hard workers. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly. They were flexible with us and let us be as involved as we wanted to be as far as picking out finishes on our own and crediting us when we did end up getting thing ourselves.Our basement was a pretty in-depth project. It’s an older house and didn’t have a bathroom rough in, and they had to move the main stack to make room for the bathroom. All in all we were very happy and have recommended them to a coworker, who was also quite happy. The only stressful part was that sometimes I would need to pick out something on short notice (I am not a fast decision maker and so a few days notice to have the plumbing fixtures picked out was not easy for me). I’d definitely use On Time again. Just be prepared to do some of the design aspect yourself if you want a wide selection. Some of the options we were given were limited, but he was fine with me picking out stuff on my own (tile, quartz counters, etc)(Side note, I initially thought they were a franchise, but they are not. Bed Bug Guys are the most helpful people I’ve talked to. He took my call after business hours. He took his time to ask me about my situation before scheduling an inspection, and actually was able to tell me that my bite pattern doesn’t sound like bedbugs and I should inspect and treat for fleas instead. I don’t have words to say how much I appreciate this! It will likely save me many thousands of dollars and time and stress! And now I’ll be able to actually solve my bug problem. I highly recommend Biota. My designer, Elizabeth, collaborated very closely with me and created the perfect design for my modern/minimalist style. Construction operations manager Tim, site manager Henry, and the planting crew implemented everything perfectly, with extreme attention to detail and making sure that I was satisfied with the work every step of the way. They were almost more particular than I am, which is nearly impossible. Most importantly, my new front yard looks great! I couldn’t be happier with the result. I think my neighbors love the new look even more than I do— I’ve lost count of all the wonderful comments I’ve received. I called Trio Landscaping last fall to discuss a landscaping project we needed for our backyard. This is a duplex that hasn't had much loving care to the landscape due to it being a rental property. Now that my husband and I, the owners, moved in, we wanted a space that felt "finished", cozy and a place where we would like to hang out. Diana, the owner of Trio Landscaping, was excellent to work with. She spent a lot of time getting a good understanding of our budget and what we wanted before she created a plan and sent it to us. Northeast Tree Inc has been amazing to work with on all accounts! Our neighbors referred them to us for treating our ash trees and they give us reminders as needed. When there crew was out I asked them out the need to prune our plum trees and they provided and estimate to also include removal of our arborvitae that was too close to our house, where the root system cause damage to our sewer line.
Lynn kept in great communication with me regarding details of the appointment throughout the season. When the crew Kiley and Nathan show up they provide valuable information which will allow me to continue care for my plum trees in the future on my own. It was lovely to see folks enjoy the work they do and they saved the birds beast for us to keep as well.

But at Parkway Dental I experience ALL of the good care AND I am treated with such respect. I really feel that I am a valued part of my dental care and I get thoughtful, thorough answers from all of the people who help me when I come in for care.
I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time. They were gentle, kind and honest. They are booked out pretty far in advance but it's worth it.
I had a fantastic experience after not having my teeth cleaned for over six years due to dental anxiety! All involved were patient and kind-highly recommended this clinic!

I've gone to Forbes Dental twice now as it is near to my employer. I like Dr. Forbes. He is gentle and thorough. He is also very nice. Dentistry is not my favorite thing to do as I get uptight. The only thing I don't like is that his office is not as relaxing as it could be. I like quiet offices with soft music. He has a very happy, peppy staff. There is an unbelievable amount of loud laughter coming from the front desk. I cannot imagine what they are finding so funny. It would just help to have a better sound system or insulation against noise. I'll probably give it another try. Nice office for people who maybe are not so nervous about going to the dentist.
Dentist visits have always been something I dread & put off, but I’ve been consistent (and dare I say look forward to???) my visits now! I’ve been in routinely every 6 months & every time they’re so nice, personable, and caring. Kelly is always my hygienist and I LOVE her. She remembers small details about me, is so caring in conversation, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I’ve seen a couple different doctors and have enjoyed all of them as well! The biggest thing I appreciate is that they don’t try to just con money out of me & tell me I need work done when I don’t/something can be monitored. I’ve experienced dentists like this in the past and it totally destroys trust. But everyone at BCD has always been open, honest, not pushy, informative, and helpful. As long as I live around here, this will always be my dentist! Have recommended them every chance I can get!

I have enormous anxiety about going to the dentist, particularly of needles and pointy things being shoved in my mouth. The dentists and hygienists at FDC are so compassionate and gentle, and I started going to them because they were just across the street from where I lived but now we continue to drive in even though we moved to Minnetonka. If that's not enough, we are moving to Sweden but STILL planning our flights back to the US based on our dental appointments because they are just THAT GOOD (and I'm that big of a wimp). I really can't even imagine going anywhere else and receiving the kind of care that I do here.
The staff here is very professional. They are booked out like crazy, so plan ahead if a new patient. They are always on time and very structured. They have late time hours for appointments after work which is very convenient.
This place is so fantastic, I drive an hour to get care. I had a bicep sports injury that they were able to adjust and tape in addition to alpha stem, massage, and adjustment. Highly recommend for any ache or pain!

Started going and here two weeks ago when I realized I had a pinched nerve and Dr. Postma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the different stretches and adjustments she was doing and what to expect went back today and she helped me feel less pain and better with the punched nerve and relieve a lot of tension in my back that was acting up and causing more pain highly recommend this place and they also have a med plan option that lowers the pricing on the services highly recommend if your looking for a chiropractor clinic with a good atmosphere and staff.

I've been going here since 2018, when I was about 2 months pregnant with my first. I cannot say enough about Dr.Oste. He, very literally, kept my frame together during all my pregnancies and helped put me back together after, as i experienced pretty extreme PGP/SPD. Both my husband and I have been regulars for years; and even though we no longer frequent his downtown location (which was super convenient when we both worked in the area), we now travel to the Plymouth location.
Sunu Wellness is a great place! I regularly go there for Chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy. Just had a great massage and it was exactly whet I needed. The good thing about being a regular is the doctors and therapists get to know you and your body so get the most out of your visits. We have been using Southdale Pet Hospital for 30 years and have been so pleased with the care and compassion they have provided (from puppyhood to senior issues).
We came to this vet after our other vet clinic moved. We are over the moon on this clinic and found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable! They are able to share information in a way that it doesn’t become too over whelming as well as not pressure you in to any type of care that isn’t absolutely necessary. The clinic has apps and texting ability that keeps communication open and convenient and they are very sweet to our dogs that have come in. I love it here!
This was our second time at this clinic. The clinic is clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We were greeted promptly and roomed right away. The tech (Colleen) was thorough and easy to talk to. Dr. Torino made sure we knew what he was doing and what he was looking for. Lab results and our cat's diagnosis came the next morning along with recommended care and treatment options. We received the actual lab report via email - something our last vet didn't do. We've been kept well informed every step of the way. We're very happy here! The cat--not so happy but she's not driving or paying the bills.
Incredibly kind and compassionate staff here. And they leave appointments open for emergencies, which is always so good to know (and we’ve had to use that a couple times). Most importantly, our dog loves to visit! :)

Dr. Amos and his team are solid! We've been bringing our pup here for 8 yrs and have felt well cared for. Only recently has our pup required care outside of his yearly checkups, and Dr Amos reliably returned our calls when we had questions and offered expert solutions while we navigated our pup's new unknown allergies. I've taken my cat here for three annual exams/vaccines, and once for an emergency lab. Every time I've been there, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices feel fair to me (the annual exam for one cat including a 1 year rabies shot is ~$130 bucks, though your price may be different, I don't know how that stuff works). The vets and techs are really great. Side note, if you have a cat that gets stressed out at the vet, ask your provider if you can pick up a gabapentin for them the day before the appointment; that helped my cat feel calm and comfortable, and I didn't know that was an option until I talked to the vet at Vet Partners :)
Went there at 2am, met with the nicest people. Kayla the vet was absolutely amazing, made us feel very understood and cared for with end of life care decisions.
My family has been taking me here for years, and even though I'm generally scared of everything and stubborn (which I have to assume makes me an awful client), they always praise me and love me up. I have a 95# dog that needed his nails trimmed since the place I took him to last time ignored his nails because they said he was too big and they couldn't do them. I was so happy with Groom Crew - he usually hates this and they were so good with him and I didn't hear him whimper once. I will definitely be using their services again, including grooming!
The Yoga Room is the first yoga studio I've joined, and I've felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable there. It has a charming neighborhood vibe that's unpretentious, with instructors who are genuinely welcoming and friendly.
Yoga instructors are super kind and uplifting during class. The owner is always responsive and generous.It is always refreshing to take a yoga class here. They keep the temperature around 78 degrees during classes.
Best Yoga studio in the country hands down. All of the teachers here make sure that they teach the breathing/spiritual aspect of yoga like the ancient yogis meant for it to be taught. The majority of the teachers here play gorgeous music during Savāsana that takes it to the next level. If you get an opportunity to sit with Matt jump on it ASAP.
I was very excited to see this svaroopa yoga class being offered in Minneapolis and have been taking these classes for a couple years. Solveig is a wonderful teacher who welcomes both experienced practitioners and newbies alike. Highly recommend!
I worked with a postpartum doula from Blooma (Kirby), and she was a true delight. She was fantastic with my daughter and was a huge help. In addition to having an extra set of hands to entertain my daughter, she always checked in on me emotionally and physically, which I appreciated. She constantly made sure she was helping me or my daughter, or that the house was being taken care of. I would not have been able to survive the postpartum period without her.
I have been practicing yoga at UpYoga for the last year and a half and I have to say that the community, teachers, and the vibe is phenomenal. I have recently taken and gradutated from the Empowerment Program - 200 hr YTT and it has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I highly recommend this studio if you want to sweat, meet your edge, take up space and feel empowered in a very welcoming community.
For the last 6 weeks I have taken a Hatha/Restorative yoga class on Thursday morning with Julia. I cannot say enough good things about the space, the practice, and most importantly the people. I'm heavier and weaker than I want to be-- and I feel comfortable and encouraged here. Julia radiates kindness. I love her classes!

As a long-term practitioner of Hot Yoga and new resident of Mpls, finding a great studio was critical to me. Mpls Yoga is one of the best studios I have ever been to. Every teacher is highly skilled and brings expertise and wisdom to each class. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is wonderful - as is the beautiful facility. I feel lucky every day I practice in this wonderful studio.

Whether that be breath, or posture, of movement, I just really appreciate the variety of ways to tap into my mind and body. I also have a membership for the sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. Amazing space with welcoming people. I loved the 5pm gentle practice. It was the right amount of movement, meditation, and rest. It’s tricky to find so give yourself a few extra minutes. But plenty of parking on the street.

I just had the most amazing facial at Halo Healing Therapies, located in the charming north loop of minneapolis. Halo just opened up a second location within the building offering more massage rooms, couples massage, and now facials! The space is beautiful with feather decor and chill, Tulum-like vibes that set the tone for relaxation and pampering. My esthetician Tia was fantastic. If beauty is in the details, then it was absolutely beautiful. Starting with the burning of sage and the placement of an energy crystal on my heart. I had a double osmosis cleanse, dermaplane, microdermabrasion, jelly mask, paraffin wax and a hydro boost spray with moisturizer night cream. I loved it all. It was my first time doing dermaplaning and I'm obsessed! That jelly mask was super fun - I wish I could do that every week. And lastly, the hydro oxygen spray was the best, leaving my face dewy, glowy and fully moisturized. Highly recommend!! I experienced my first massage today with Madresha was amazing. I have received maybe 50 massages in my lifetime from over 10 massage therapists and Madresha is my top choice for quality and cost. Her attention to detail during the massage was great, perfect pressure, and unique techniques left me feeling light as a cloud :) She uses essential oils appropriately, warm coconut oil and there were no strong perfumes or smells. The facility was inviting, relaxing, and clean. I will be returning soon and I highly recommend Madresha with Healing Mood Massage!!!
I hesitated to leave a review just because I didn’t want my secret weapon to get booked out lol! But in all seriousness, I’ve been seeing Tony for several months now and he has done everything to help my body. I have pretty chronic pain, and without him I have no idea where I would be. His hands are magic and he knows how to find and adjust problems in a way that feels permanent.
He is flexible and kind, I’ve had some of the most insightful conversations in my life on the table. Massage can be rough when you’re really seeking the deeper issues and with him it’s a breeze. There is not a person I could recommend more than Tony. He is absolutely everything and deserves everything.
Love stretch lab. Yes, it costs money, but it is your health after all. Not for everyone but it keeps me on the straight and narrow and I think everyone should try it a few times (:

After driving nine hours for a business trip I sought out an opportunity to have a massage to ease my tenseness from a long drive. I regularly receive massages from therapists in my home town and Brittany performed a first-class massage to help relax the soreness from my long drive. She is great at what she does, thorough, professional, and has a very nice facility to create an atmosphere of relaxation and healing. You will not be disappointed!
After my ACL surgery in 2022, I consistently worked with Matt and Sam for several months. I went to the downtown location and the Edina office on the rare occasion. They were unbelievably friendly, kind, and attentive. They really care about your health, help you work through challenges, and encourage you to stay on track. The receptionist was also really wonderful and helpful with scheduling. I never had an issue with getting in contact with the office or hearing back.The only reason I stopped coming here was because I moved to the upper east side of St Paul and it was too hard to commute that far while my dog needed extra care.I highly recommend this practice. Matt, Sam, and the staff there are amazing!
This place is one of my happy places. I always see Sarah and she is amazing!! I always leave feeling relaxed and comfortable, and she is so compassionate and caring. She is always willing to switch up what she does to make her client comfortable. I’ve come here many times and I will continue to come back as long as they are open.
Would highly recommend pilates with Larissa for anyone struggling with joint instability, frozen shoulder, hip pain, you name it - pilates can help! She guided me through a number of exercises on a reformer, and I was surprised at how a tiny adjustment to foot placement activated some totally dormant muscles in my hips. She was very aware of my body mechanics and knew just what to do when something didn't feel right. Who knew pilates could be fun!
Dr. T is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient as he works to assess and care for you. I have benefitted from acupuncture for some on-going pain issues as well as getting immediate relief and healing with injuries. Takes time to listen, gives ideas for supportive nutrition, and bring awareness to the mind/body/soul connection.

Amy Horne is a life saver. Through her knowledge, assessments, and treatments, I can literally walk again. Having arthritis in my heels (and hands), I was experiencing acute pain when walking. After a number of treatments, the pain has almost dissipated. My hands are functional again. I'd never experienced acupuncture before, and I highly recommend it - and Amy - when you want alternative to drugs for many types health issues.
Dr. Kruse and Dr. Guan are both very intelligent, informative and skilled at what they do. Going into acupuncture I really did not know a lot, I just knew that with my infertility issues, I needed additional help along with the IVF treatment I currently was receiving from another clinic. Also, I really loved the idea of TCM as part of my care.
Fast forward 4 months... I've had a successful egg retrieval, menstrual cycles, no more migraines and I am sleeping better.
I did not think my egg quality or egg count would be great but my mind was blown at the results and I know that was possible due to the acupuncture I received.
I am currently still receiving acupuncture as I go into my transfer and will continue post transfer as well.
If you're reading this and wondering if acupuncture helps with infertility, don't wonder. Do it. It can't hurt you, it's only going to increase your chances.

I have been seeing Dr. Zhuo for three years now. When I started, I had pronounced neuropathy (numbness) in both my feet and hands due to chemo. Under Dr. Zhuo's care, my hands and feet are are nearly numb-free, helping with my balance as well. Dr. Zhuo, in one of our early appointments, indicated that men my age (over 70) assimilate only 30% of their vitamins and minerals. (I wasn't taking any at the time). I checked on WebMD, Johns Hopkins, and the Mayo Clinic sites. They said the same thing. Dr. Zhuo started me on a regimen of vitamins and minerals which has improved my general health. Mia treated me yesterday for sleep and stress. It was my very first treatment with her, and I've been struggling to get good sleep for the last month or so. After just one session, I was able to get 9 solid hours of sleep without so much as waking up to roll over and look at the clock.
