He came and changed the lock on our house in less than 25 minutes. He acted in an expert and kind way, explaining in great detail each step he took to open the door and let us inside.
The technician was really gracious in fulfilling our move-in request to rekey our whole house. He arrived in 10 minutes, replaced two door knobs, and rekeyed all of the house's doors. He was once again very professional and prompt. Strongly recommended!
