I was very excited to see this svaroopa yoga class being offered in Minneapolis and have been taking these classes for a couple years. Solveig is a wonderful teacher who welcomes both experienced practitioners and newbies alike. Highly recommend!

I've taken classes and workshops at Nokomis Yoga for years. It's a hidden gem! The owner, Solveig, is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and meditation, and she has a warm and supportive presence in class. Her classes are restorative and cultivate a greater self awareness. I highly recommend her studio.

Solveig has a wonderful yoga studio & is an excellent teacher. She explains & shows yoga moves before you do them in class so you will have less questions & understand what you are doing next. Her classes are fabulous!!
