The teachers are great and each class is different so you’re always learning new exercises. The studio owner is a very nice guy too - they have a late cancellation fee and he was able to waive it for me one time which I really appreciated. Also, yoga fit is more affordable than other gyms/studios. It’s the best!“

“I had my first Ashiatsu session with Marne at Prajna Bodyworks and what a wonderful experience! Marne applies deep compressive strokes with just the perfect pressure relieving the tension in my very tight muscles. I was immediately put into a deep state of relaxation. Marne is very professional with a superb personality. She was very accommodating by offering me a second massage, upon my request, on her scheduled day off. This was very much appreciated because I had to leave town the day after. I left my appointments with Marne with such positive energy! I can't wait to return to Prajna Bodyworks for another session of Ashiatsu. I highly recommend Ashiatsu and I highly recommend Prajna Bodyworks and I can't thank Marne enough!“
“Carpe Diem is so incredible. Each teacher offers such a different perceptive on the practice of yoga. Whether that be breath, or posture, of movement, I just really appreciate the variety of ways to tap into my mind and body. I also have a membership for the sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy. It's always so clean and friendly. I love this studio“

In these gem-stone lined studio walls, I've grown as a teacher, a student, a friend, and learned what it means to be a part of an authentically loving and generous community. “SHIFT has made a shift in my alignment. And I love the results! After only twenty sessions of myo-skeletal alignment therapy (MAT), the lateral curvature of my spine from scoliosis has straightened, strengthened, and stabilized considerably. Tammy Shaw-Sykes has extensive experience in MAT technique, but also uses breathwork and muscle rehabilitation to achieve significant results quickly. After only my first session, my swimming improved. With the muscles of my ribs loosened, my lungs took in more air, allowing me to add an extra length of the pool before needing to stop to catch my breath. My body cut a straighter track through the water and my realigned pelvis allowed both feet to kick stronger and more equally.During the first month of therapy, energy pathways began opening up. I hadn’t realized how the twist in my spine was negatively affecting how energy moved through my body, until I felt it move up my spine as muscles were releasing around the curvature in my spine during the session. I had practiced Ch‘i kung exercises in the past, and I recognized that it was chi energy opening my energy pathway – an interesting sensation and one that brought me joy each time it happened. These posture shifts can be felt. But if you’re not sure the therapy sessions are really making a difference, the photos Tammy takes through the process provide convincing visual evidence. My overall core stability, strength and posture have improved. Each client’s particular body and scoliosis pattern is unique. The exercise program, therefore, is tailored to the individual. Tammy tutors her clients along the way on what they can do and not do to achieve their goals. When I do the recommended exercises, the pain goes away.I am convinced that MAT, breathing work, and exercising all seven muscle layers results in improved physical and spiritual wellness. I highly recommend Tammy Shaw-Sykes as an exceptional healer.“

“I have attended classes here since fall of 2021 and I can say that all of the instructors that work here are positive, adaptable, and motivating human beings. I love dancing and sweating with everyone I meet. And yes, it is very open to dancers who are beginners and people who just want to move their body and feel good. There is a place for you ?“
