I have been meeting on Zoom with Lori for almost 3 years. She creates a personalized exercise routine for me each week. Lori watches my form, takes into account my goals, knows my strengths and weaknesses and most recently is helping me mentally power through an injury. I am much more consistent with my exercising because of her!
I have been working with Lonn at Happy Human for 3 months. He has been incredibly helpful on my fitness journey. He has made modifications, so I am able to get a great workout with my physical limitations. He has also been supportive and has a wide variety of exercises based on what I need. I would highly recommend him.
Declan is a truly skilled trainer. I have some arthritis and old injuries that have flared in the past when I have tried to work out, and Declan has been so skilled in making sure I we are making progress without exacerbating those. SO impressed.
