I have a rescue Pitbull that is terrified of basically the world because of Prior abuse. None of the other groomers in town will do a simple nail trim and the vet even a refused to trim his nails. He's not aggressive just scared but these guys get it done. They are efficient professional and understanding I don't know what I would do without!!!

John did an amazing job with Astro who is 4 months of energy and flop. Mixed bed Pyrenees,Airedale terrier, husky and poodle. He had hair in his eyes, ears and the way John tweaked his coat and cleaned up his big hairy feet is awesome. How he got my puppy that way with all the squirm is magic. 1 before photo, 3 after.

I’ve taken fragile rescue dogs to John for a long time. For years at another business he groomed my rescue Airedale, an abused dog who pancaked on the floor the second we walked in and had to be carried to the grooming table! And he made the dog look good. When I got a new rescue, a standard poodle who also is very fearful, I looked for John and found him at the Groom Crew. I love the airy roomy salon and the calm atmosphere. John makes my big poodle look regal, and the dog isn’t traumatized. I’m very glad this place is nearby.
