The company cleaned two rugs. They came back like new — bright colors, plush textures. Best of all they repaired the fringed edges our puppy had destroyed. (Our fault in not having dealt with this better!)One now has fringe again and the other neatly surged. Restored aa well as possible. Rugs came back looking amazing, the guys who picked them up and returned them were really great, and I will definitely be using American rug laundry again next time the rugs need cleaning.
