Dr. Michelle Donald is an amazing veterinarian! Her staff are equally wonderful and this is a well run, efficient, and professional veterinary service. They squeezed me in at the last minute with a very sick 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua. Dr. Donald explained everything as we went along, and was very reasonable in the tests that she recommended. Extremely transparent with procedures and pricing. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

We brought our 8 month old in for our first appointment with Dr.Jones and was so impressed with the how thorough the staff was and the care they provided. Vets are often underpaid and overworked, so they don’t have a ton of time to spare. Our doctor never rushed to get out of the room and was so patient with us and our wiggly dog. She had answers for all questions about our puppy and followed everything up with the latest science.

I don’t review places, ever. This is my first review of anywhere. That’s how great the staff are at Modern Love. They took amazing care of my Great Dane, Huck. And, when I ultimately had to make the painful decision to put him down, they went out of their way to handle the situation with class, compassion, and they provided excellent care for him (and support for me). I chose to have him cremated and when I went to pick up his ashes, they remembered instantly who I was and knew why I was there, before I could even tell the staff why I was there.
