We have been using Jeremy for years and can only leave a 5 Star Review for him and his company. His work is exceptional, he is so knowledgeable about every carpet issue we have ever had, gets the issue resolved, and is so so wonderful to work with. Highly Recommend!

Jeremy did a great job restretching and fixing a botched carpet job by a contractor. He took the time to overview the issue with me and did a wonderful job with the final product. No more unsightly seams! I found Jeremy to be very honest (he had the chance to sell us on some other work we were interested in, but he recommended that we could wait on that work and explained why it wouldn't be necessary), professional, and someone who takes pride in his work.

I’ve been using MCR for years and have been so happy with the results. The price is reasonable, and the service is excellent. Jeremy has removed the worst stains from our white carpet — coffee, pet stains, spaghetti sauce, and even wax from a candle that was knocked over on the floor! He has incredible knowledge about carpets and area rugs. He recently cleaned the grimy grout in our kitchen and foyer and made it look like new.
