Best pest control company I’ve ever had. I’ve had this same type of setup, quarterly spray, and any activity outside of that in Arizona as well as Texas and this is by far the best experience. Anytime I’ve had activity outside of the quarterly spray, they’re a text away, no questions asked, and usually come within 48 hours. Friendly superb customer service. Will stick with them as long as I’m in the zip code.

We discovered a wasp’s nest in our garage right by the track for the garage door which rendered our garage out of commission since opening the door disturbed the nest. Valor was the only company that answered the phone out of the 3 or 4 that I called and since it was a bit of an emergency I didn’t hesitate in scheduling for them to come out. Kyle came out just a few days later and was professional and friendly, he explained exactly what he was going to do to remove the nest and treat the rest of the garage and house and was finished with everything within 20 or so minutes.
