Our experience with Service Master was wonderful. Evan, our main contact, was detailed and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The guys who did the work at our house were professional, efficient and had great communication. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone that needs their services.
This was a 10 star experience and service. Evan was soo wonderful to work with. He was very detailed in his inspection and ensured that workers came on time to take care of the back up sewer mitigation. He provided me his cell phone and would answer all of my texts and calls in a timely manner and trust me I had a lot of questions. I would highly reccomend service master, especially Evan!
This company was amazing to work with. We had a horrible city sewer issue and Evan and his team were with us from beginning to end. Their response was immediate, their communication was amazing and their compassion and understanding during such a terrible situation was a blessing. I would highly recommend them for any type of issue that they support.
