I was getting my fathers condo ready to sell after my father passed recently that he lived in 30 years. I knew that there would be a chance I would have to replace the carpet due to all the stains and years of wear. I looked at most of the companies reviews and I read that Cleanstarr was close to a perfect 5 star in the reviews.. So I called Mark Wilson owner of the company and asked for an approximate charge and it was right on plus tax and no hidden charges. He text me the approximate time he would be here and he arrived on time. He spent almost 4 hours going over some really bad spots in the carpet continuously going over and over again as finishing up the cleaning through out the house. Most areas looked so much better but the carpet wasn't savable …Mark gave it 100 percent so I give him 5 stars for his effort and professionalism and friendliness. WMeehan

I work in Wisconsin and I only had one day off and there was no one who would translate my birth certificate for me and visit Mrs. ELIANA. Heya. This was a 4 month cleaning since I had come in far too late for my first appointment, requiring them to do a ‘deep cleaning’ that time.Luckily no cavities, etc last time :)Nice efficient cleaning this time and always friendly.I will continue to come here and appreciate their work!!

Ink 'N Flower provided bouquets, boutonnières and hanging ceiling greenery for my wedding. I saw this had mixed reviews, but it is close to my work, so I thought I would give it a try. It was good! The gal who worked on me did a medium+ pressure, was methodical, and got all my spots, especially my back. Some people just rub all over with no symmetry or anything. The price was very reasonable for an hour. Yes, she did step out once for maybe 30 seconds to ask a walk-in to come back later. Big deal. I left feeling much better and will return.
