I was always missing pieces with other programs. Never learned about food and it's affects on the body until I found this program. I am a healthcare worker and am amazed by this program as it works. I no longer crave sweets or have dragging energy in the afternoon. I went from 8 cups of coffee a day down to a half, if that, and have found my energy and concentration to be improved. I am not hungry as I am eating 3 healthy meals a day and a snack if I want. No drugs or pills. I released 20 pounds in a little over a month and continue my journey. My husband is down 30 pounds as he is involved in the program as well.
Great support from the staff. They give you a binder to look at daily and keep track of your food intake. Recipes and helpful information is also included in the binder.

Burt, the owner of the shop, is the best piercer I've ever gone to in my life. He is always very communicative and diligent to make sure everything is exactly even and how you want it to look. Very good bed side manors. I've had so many bad experiences going to cheaper shops and ended up regretting it, his prices are higher because you will get exactly what you want and leave happier than ever. Every time I leave with a new piercing from burt I sit and stare at it for a couple minutes before I leave. Incredibly professional and a great guy in general. They also have some very dope metaphysical items here ranging from crystals to necklaces, etc. MUCH LOVE BURT.

I have to share my amazing experience with Kenyada! She absolutely nailed my hair! I got a keratin silk press on 11/5, and let me tell you, my hair is in LOVE with it! It still looks freshly done! When I walked in, I had no idea what hairstyle would suit my long, thick hair. I just told her what I was looking for in terms of longevity and work-friendliness. She informed me of the price range, answered any questions I had, and she worked her magic!
Now, I have to say, thanks to my thick and long hair, the process took about 10 hours, but it was totally worth it! My hair kept Kenyada busy, lol! The whole atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and I felt so at ease with the vibes in the salon. Kenyada's lovely personality made the experience even better!

I normally go to a different piercing establishment in Green Bay, however the day that I wanted to get my nose pierced, they were closed so I googled piercing studios in Green Bay (I’m not from the area) and stumbled on Body Alchemy and boy am I glad that I did! The studio is extremely clean and the service was fantastic! Then a few weeks after my piercing my nose became swollen (I bumped it) and my piercing needed to be looked at/fixed so I called and they told me to come in. They fixed my problem ASAP and they were amazing about it. I will be coming to Body Alchemy from now on and recommending this place to anyone I know who wants/needs a new piercing!!

Another day it would have been The nuances of visiting New Orleans.? It’s like visiting an old friend even for the first time visitors to her hometown shop. It’s definitely a great deal and great cut. One more thing, she even made the lady that went before me happy because she fixed her troubled hair.

I really like the environment and the price for acrylic gel nails is really good for the quality they usually are. Most of my experiences have been really good but sometimes they are a bit rough on your cuticles just in my personal experiences. I think with every associate you get a different experience to a degree so it would be best to see who works best for you. Lily, Jack and Dian I think, are all very good.

Jen is amazing at what she does. I had a lash lift a few weeks ago, and my lashes still looking fantastic. I had a Brazilian today (first time since 2018). I was actually very scared because I didn't have a great experience at my last one (not here). Jen made sure I was comfortable and it honestly wasn't as painful as it was when I had it done elsewhere.
She's also personable and explains everything in ways anyone could understand. She really only wants what's best for her clients.

Love my hair! I had the keratin smoothing treatment done on my extremely corkscrew frizzy hair. It is now completely smooth, shiny and manageable. I literally wash it and air dry or blow dry and I’m done. Don’t even need to use my flat iron. Also on my trip to the ocean after swimming it dried straight while sitting on the beach. have so much more confidence! Thank you to the whole staff at Tri Essence. Paul lives and breathes Japanese tattooing, his shop is covered wall to wall with amazing work. Paul recently completed a Tiger/Peony sleeve & chest plate for me. He was great in the design process, which is where his expertise in Japanese tattooing shined. Trusting his artistic vision and getting out of the way was the best decision I could have made. I am thrilled with the result and will be back for the 2nd arm soon.

I've been coming here for years to get my hair cut/styled, well before it was known by its current name. Missy is great-she knows what I like and how to work with my hair. She's super friendly as well. I live in Chicago now but still get my hair cut by her when I'm up visiting family, and she always does her best to accommodate/squeeze me in when I'm around. I can't speak much for the other stylists as I've only ever worked with Missy, but they all seem friendly!

We were really in a bind, and Rapid Rooter came in and solved our problems, communicated to us and were quite reasonable.
I called on a Monday for non-emergency service of installing shutoffs and new faucets in two bathrooms along with replacing a bathtub drain. Mark gave me a rough estimate which I accepted, and we set an appointment for Wednesday at 8:00 am. Dan arrived promptly, did the work asked for and even a couple of minor extra things. The cost was just as Mark estimated. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely will contact them with any future plumbing needs.

We hired Metzler Electric to perform work for our electrical project in our commercial building including rewiring of cubicle furniture and an outlet installation. Rory was great to work with in assessing our project during his visit and was great with communication leading up to install. At install Matt their electrician was on time as scheduled and also great to work with and was very professional. Matt also handled any obstacles with ease. We are happy with the results.
When I called for an electrician, the phone was answered promptly. After stating my problem I was told that they would get back to me. The next morning, at 8:00 AM, Matt called and said that he was on his way. 15 minutes later, he was here and in another 15 minutes he had my problem fixed. We had Joski do the tile flooring in our kitchen and it turned out amazing. We went with a diagonal checkerboard pattern and the quality of the install was on point. We visited several flooring companies, including LP Mooradian, to look at luxury vinyl plank flooring. We met with the owner, Dan Braun, and he showed us a nice selection of flooring. After choosing what we wanted, Dan and two other companies submitted their quotes, (exact same product), and Dan's came in quite a bit lower. The installers were great. Keep in mind, this was a big job and we were not looking forward to the process as there was lots of furniture to move. The installers were very good about explaining their daily schedule in terms of which room would be next and when we should remove the furniture. When the job was done, we were amazed at the end product. It's like a new home. We highly recommend LP Mooradian.
Tim was great, he measure our shower space and provided options on tile, pricing was fair, his crew did a nice job and the new shower stalls look terrific. Absolutely Amazing!! From start to finish Josh at Builders Command was completely up front, honest, and took pride in his work. Able to get in quickly on a Monday for a tooth concern because they set aside “emergency time slots.” Always a professional, honest assessment of dental issues with use of physical exam, X-ray & special tools. We have had four generations using Green Bay Family dental: myself, my elderly mother, my adult children, and grandchildren.
the only gripe I have with dental arts associates would come on the billing end of things. the dentists and assistants were lovely and did quick painless work. the only issue I had was being billed $500 more than I was initially quoted, then calling later to find out that it was a mistake they made on their end that if I hadn't caught, I'd be out 500 dollars. that did rub me the wrong way, but hopefully it was just a simple mistake and I will make sure to stay on top of them in the future so it doesn't happen again.
I want to thank Dr. Mcclarie for squeezing me into her busy schedule when my crown came off and Dr. Matilla was not in the office that day. She addressed my concerns and adjusted my bite a bit. I'm confident it will stay put this time....Oh, and did I forget to mention there was no charge? Thank you, Dr. Elese!!!

UPDATE: 8/21/2024 - Our family has now been with Sierra Dental almost 10 years, and about 4-5 years ago, Dr. Williams suggested an "occlusal adjustment" to fine-tune my bite by smoothing or filing certain teeth. Though I was skeptical—my teeth seemed fine, I had no pain, and I wasn’t thrilled about the cost—I chose to hold off.
Over time, I began to notice some subtle issues, like clenching my jaw and getting food stuck more frequently. On a recent visit, Dr. Williams expressed concern about slight bone loss due to my increased grinding, so I finally decided to go ahead with the adjustment.
To my surprise, the difference was immediate. I felt a noticeable improvement as soon as I bit down—no more subconscious adjustments or jaw tension. Within an hour, I realized how much strain my jaw and tongue had been under for years. The procedure has made a significant impact on my comfort, and I wish I had listened to Dr. Williams earlier. I had an exceptional experience at Oakview Veterinary Hospital, where I visited with my cat, Lego, today. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, who all smiled and enjoyed their work. One unique feature that stood out was the separate waiting room for cats, which was also infused with Feliway—such a thoughtful touch to keep pets calm! Lego, who is usually quite vocal at vet appointments, was surprisingly quiet and at ease.
Amelia, the vet tech who assisted us, was incredibly kind and took a thorough history of Lego—something I hadn’t experienced at other clinics. Dr. LeMahieu was attentive and genuinely interested in Lego’s well-being. We spent significant time discussing Lego’s health in detail, and Dr. LeMahieu’s care and attention were remarkable. He even took the time to count Lego’s toes, which made me smile. It was the first time I felt someone cared for Lego as much as I did.

Ok, there is a 10 out of 10 review. And then there is a review for Sonia. She is outstanding in every possible aspect of a review. First of all, she works exceptionally hard. In a 90 minute massage there is no rounding off of a minute. She is on it! Every minute! She does a great job of deep tissue massage. It is absolutely amazing how she can "feel" the problem and help you out. I did the Groupon thing a few years ago to find a place find a masseur, There were two that were good. And then there was Sonia. Every detail is outstanding!

Amazing. I coach swimming and was in town for work. Exactly what I needed. I usually have to ask for extra deep pressure, but not here. It was exactly what I needed. Would definitely come back when I’m in the area again.
I am a D3 college runner, and I was struggling with pain in my IT band over the summer that was keeping me from running. At first, I was very hesitant to give physical therapy a try because of the cost, but I knew that without it I would likely not qualify for the cross-country team in the fall. I had tried to solve the problem on my own by icing, stretching and other things I found online. Unfortunately, those at home treatments didn't work because I was wrong about what the issue actually was.
MVMT was recommended to me by a family friend who also experienced injury from running. The team is very laid back which makes for a fun and positive environment. I felt very comfortable working with their team, especially Tia who I worked with to solve my issue. I had a shorter time frame than most people in physical therapy because I needed to be ready to race and go back to college in about two months. Luckily, Tia set up a plan to work around my time constraints and get me ready to qualify for the team. We quickly learned that it wasn't my IT band causing the pain and that I was struggling with muscle imbalances likely from running on the indoor track. After that point, I was given stretches and exercises to help me recover and get stronger so that I could get back to running. I eventually was able to run my normal 40 to 50 miles a week at the beginning of the cross-country season, just 6 weeks after dropping down to 0 miles. It definitely takes time and effort to get better but I would say that it is very much worth it. Since working with the MVMT team, my injury has pretty much gone away, and I still do some of the exercises to make sure it does not come back. I was able to qualify for the cross-country team and get a 27 second improvement on my personal best running a time of 27:43 for the 8k. I also was able to qualify for the track team and ran a 22 second personal best in the 5k on a track with a time of 15:41. If I had waited a few more weeks or not gone to see the MVMT team, I am sure that I would not have made the team as it is very competitive this year. I am very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone who is facing any sort of issue that could potentially be solved by physical therapy.

Eliza worked miracles on my pelvic floor! After having my third baby I sought out a pelvic floor physical therapist, just like I had with my other postpartum, but I was in much worse shape. I wasn’t sure what healing looked like or how long it would take but Eliza had me back to functioning completely normally in a few months. No pain and a world of knowledge more than with any of the other PT’s I’ve seen. Highly recommend!
