Eliza worked miracles on my pelvic floor! After having my third baby I sought out a pelvic floor physical therapist, just like I had with my other postpartum, but I was in much worse shape. I wasn’t sure what healing looked like or how long it would take but Eliza had me back to functioning completely normally in a few months. No pain and a world of knowledge more than with any of the other PT’s I’ve seen. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Eliza Andrews for over a year now. Eliza is extremely knowledgeable and does amazing work. I always feel better leaving than when I came in. I compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have reoccurring back issues due to tight hip flexors. Eliza was extremely helpful in recognizing that and assisting me in developing a plan that keeps me training and competing. I drive almost an hour to see her and she is well worth it!

Tim is my therapist and he is amazing, I have come a long way since starting with him. I went to therapy elsewhere for 6 weeks for the issue and I am so glad that I switched. I learned more in my first 2 visits than I did in the 6 weeks. Tim takes the time with you and actually teaches you, he will take a video so that you know exactly how to do it once you get home. I would definitely recommend Tim. Thank you so much, I would not be where I am today without your help.
