Well it started average. I owe them bills. money is tight. bills went to collections. my skin is getting worse and they won't reschedule an already scheduled appointment to get me in sooner cause my skin is getting worse and because I can't afford to pay my past bills. so now I am being refused service....thebilling department people did not have empathy or care about my situation because they haven't gotten there money yet.
I had a few speed bumps,but I would like to say these people realised this and made everything right.I am very proactive as far as my health is concerned and plan to resolve some of my medical issues.I look forward to working with New Dermatology group to get my skin looking better!
Dr. Lewis is awesome. I also just left my appointment with the new PA in Appleton, Stephanie and she is amazing! Very down to earth, realistic and friendly. She's definitely a keeper!
