Jacob was always on time. Explained what he was doing. What I should expect from the current service and any future steps in the ant and mouse removal process. Asked if I ever had any questions and always took the time to answer them.
Nolan and the Erdye team have been excellent, from the initial inspection to absence of mice in our home since they began. Nolan is very professional from his on-time visits to explaining the process and ongoing inspections. I would recommend Erdye to anyone.
Jacob was very professional, timely and thorough. We would highly recommend Erdye’s services! We needed help sealing up an area of entry on our home that critters were using to get in the attic. Not only that spot but Jacob went around the home to ensure it was sealed up tight. After he took care of it there were no issues, but he kept coming back every so often to be certain the job was well done and that nothing was entering the home. It is nice knowing they stand by their word and do a great job.
