Was able to be seen very quickly, the greeting coming in was comforting and warm. Great professionalism and compassion was shown and everything was explained very well and thoroughly. Above and beyond pleased and happy.

We have been going to Gentle Vet for over 10 years. All of our cats see Dr. Gessner, but we have seen all of the other vets when we need to be squeezed in for an urgent issue. When we moved to the other side of town, we tried switching to a closer vet to make the drive less stressful for our cats but we ended up back at Gentle Vet within months.Positives:-They have the medications on hand that my cat needs ASAP when she gets sick. Other vets have told me I need to order them and it will be 2-3 days before they arrive. In 2-3 days my cat will be peeing blood. I've trusted Gentle Vet with my animals since 2006 when I adopted my first cat. Dr. Gray is an amazing, compassionate provider who always goes above and beyond. Dr. Gessner is trustworthy and communicates in a very good way about all aspects of care. The techs are wonderful, the office staff are warm and friendly, just an overall amazing clinic.
