Wasn't a service they provided, but I was at kwik trip filling up my tire with air, and a gentleman was out of gas and was pushing his car into the parking lot. He was having a hard time getting uo the incline and on of your employees jumped out of his vehicle, and gave him a hand getting his vehicle into the parking lot. Can only imagine the good work ethic put in and wish more were like him

I had a sewer main back up in my basement at the worst possible time. After hours on a holiday. I called a number of places that advertised 24 hour emergency service, most didn't even answer and the ones that did seemed not to be concerned and even tried to schedule me days out.I called twirl, they answered on the first ring!! The dispatcher took my address and told me someone would be there in 30 to 45 minutes.19 MINUTES LATER THEY WERE AT KY FRONT DOOR!!!! What a relief. The technician was super friendly and professional. He even helped me start the cleaning process as he was finishing up.Then came the time to pay. We had a clog in our drain in the basement. Tried clearing it myself and couldn't get to it. Called Twirl in the morning, they were here by 1230 and had it cleared in a half hour. Reasonable price and great service
