Both Zach and Marcus did a fantastic job on explaining everything, executing and keep us updated through the process of getting ducts cleaned - for those who don't know, there is a process to this to do it right and Stanley Steemer has it perfected. They were very professional and cleaned all the ducts as well as carpet and upholstery. I would highly recommend them - now my house is super clean for the Holidays! The guys were really quick and cleaned up after all cleaning was done. Marcus was very kind and professional.
