We were having drain problems. We called in the evening and Mike was able to get there the next day. The work was excellent. Mike first put a camera down the main line, discovered there were roots which were catching toilet paper and creating a clog. He used another machine to clean out the roots. What impressed me was after he removed the root ball, he put his camera back down the line and checked the pipe all the way to the city sewer connection. Highly recommended!
We called this company for a second opinion after the first company we contacted kind of left us feeling a bit confused and frustrated. All I can say is wow, I really wish we would have called this place first. Absolutely everything was top-notch, we were treated with respect but they also joked around with us and explained everything to us. They were very upfront and transparent about the costs. They helped recover some of the damage caused by the first company, and took care of our issue quickly. Mike and his son came out the same day earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated! They went above and beyond to fix the problem and treated me with respect and kindness as if I was part of the family! I would call him again in a heartbeat!
