Dropped my deadbolt on the floor and had no idea how to reassemble (youtube did not help!). John came and looked at it, had it reassembled and attached to the door in less than 5 minutes. Also reattached the door knob that I had on backwards - door hardware clearly not my strong suit! And he did free of charge!!!

Johnny is a legend! We had a slight scheduling problem and had to reschedule which was probably a bigger pain for him than me.Showed up, on time and was very friendly. Fixed the issue and was more than fair on everything.Would recommend to a friend.
