She did an acrylic set for my daughter and it was exactly the picture my daughter asked for she goes through every step.She lets you know she's doing every step of the way and even gives you oil to come home with you. She's kind and even lowered her music so that my daughter could watch her t v show on her phone and she was very nice in talking to us about the t v show and just other things going on. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.
Requested style: My daughter gave her a picture that had flowers on 2 nails ombre tips and a sparkle white nail. She went through all the colors helping to pick everything and even when my daughter said exactly as is she truly made it exactly as is without any flaws

This location is very clean and modern. Kara gave me my Brazilian and she was awesome( not one hair was left down there) she was funny and outgoing. I wish I could give Dr. Franz a 20 star review, but 5 will have to do. He impressed me initially by knowing about my rare genetic disease that affects ALL my joints. Over the last few years, he has done everything he can to help me manage the pain associated with it. Recently, I went into a cardiac arrest in his office and Dr. Franz and his staffed did everything they could until I was life flighted outta there ? They're the definition of going above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough for all they do. Highly recommend ?

There was an issue with the stylist being late for the appointment which pushed back my other obligations. However she was more than accommodating for the time. Alex was incredible! She did such an amazing job with my 22 month old son who was not so stoked about getting his hair cut. She was super sweet and so fast! Highly recommend this spot for your kiddo's next haircut.
I have been to multiple salons claiming they know how to do curly hair, but Mo truly gets it. She taught me what clean hair vs build up looks like, what products to use for my hair type, how to apply it and style it correctly to have luscious curls the following days after my appointment. She gave me a folder of all the products she used and how she used them in case i forgot. If you have been struggling to keep your curls happy, I wholeheartedly recommend coming here. She is throughout in her work and truly wants you to leave her salon happy.

Kristina and Brooklyn did hair and makeup for my daughters wedding and did an amazing job! It was challenging in that we had a brunch wedding so we had to start at the crack of dawn, but they were very accommodating, efficient and the girls all looked beautiful. Sue was great! I went in for a quick trim and she told me exactly what she was taking off and doing (I have long hair) and my hair looks so much healthier. My son then decided he wanted his hair cut and she listened to him and he got exactly what he wanted. We are both so happy. Talking to Sue is like talking to an old friend, super nice and down to earth. We will be back to see her!
The place was very clean and service was good, the people who works there are super nice! It wasn’t super busy so we were able to walk in and get a haircut right away! My fiancé loves his haircut she did exactly what he wanted most places don’t give you exactly what you want and give you the opposite but the lady did a very good job. Today was our first experience here. The first stylist was wonderful, she made sure to explain any questions we had. The second stylist, a gentleman, who really did try to give my other son the haircut he wanted, to no avail. (He lacks a bit in the professional aspect) We ended up just paying and thanking him for his time, and explaining we would go somewhere else. As we were leaving another extremely kind stylist stepped in and offered to try and help and my goodness did she go above and beyond! Unfortunately, I did not catch her name but even with the original mishap, we will would recommend this business!

Derrick has been my GrandPrince preferred barber since his first hair cut 7 years ago. Always tight, lines are clean and no nips. He tells him the style and has never failed to meet his request. He has an inviting personality and takes time with his clients. That was my first time having the honor of taking him. The Lady Barber was showing cut, color and style skills. Pleasant and friendly. The other barber had one in the seat and he was cutting and keeping the typical barbershop atmosphere flowing.
Sometimes we need to support businesses from our personal visits not base it off of the 1 or 2 stars. There are places here, I've never returned to because I self-exepirenced and their rating were 4 and 5 stars. Once I entered in I realized it's places that are on prime land for many years and it's assumed safe to eat from or just go because it's where "everyone goes". Be an independent critic.

Decided to try this place a couple months ago, and keep coming back. Never had a bad cut. It’s open when the hours say they are, unlike some places that leave a note to call them to come in, and your in and out.

I love my hair blonde—all the way blonde. I usually get my hair done at Ulta, and ask them to dye my hair all the way blonde, including underneath and my roots. That is never then ending result, at all. I'm here in Jacksonville visiting my grandparents, and I came to Kitty (who is my grandma's hairstyler). She dyed my hair, and when I say it's all the way blonde, I mean you can't see any brown in it (brown is my natural hair color). If you saw me, you would think I was a natural blonde. She is by far the BEST hairstylist that I have EVER been to! She also waxed my eyebrows, and they are great too. This shows that good hairstylists aren't always at the brand stores, they can be at the small places as well. Again, I would recommend to people Kitty's hair place over any other place. I might come to Jacksonville from where I live (Iowa) to get my hair done from now, it was so good! The drive here is definitely worth this hair! Thank you Kitty!

Would highly recommend this place to anyone, it was the first time my husband and I went to get massages and the sweet lady at the front desk was very kind and we talked for most of the hour my husband was in the back. She answered all my questions, was very attentive and just all around just great. My husband afterwards said that his massage was great, the lady who did it was very nice, the massage was very relaxing and I completely agree, she was very kind, never once had to tell her the pressure was too much, we chit chatted the whole time. i went in a few days ago to get my septum pierced, liz did an amazing job and worked very well with me despite me jerking around a couple times. the day afterwards one of my balls fell out and the man at the front desk (extremely friendly by the way) helped me over the phone to get it back in. my piercing looks amazing and they were extremely welcoming.

Stopped by to get a ball for one of my piercings, caught the guys while they were on the way out for the night. They sadly informed me they don’t do piercings at the moment but told me to wait a minute while they would see what they could do, guys were able to find exactly what I needed and helped me out. B&J came and installed a new HVAC unit at my house a few weeks ago. It looks great and runs like a dream. The workers left my yard looking better than it did before they arrived. Floors Galore did an amazing job on our floors. They were patient and answered all our questions. They listened when we told them what we were looking for and made sure that we were looking within our price range. We went in on a Saturday and the coordinator, Lee, was not there but they made a note for him to call us on Monday and he called first thing. He was super helpful and friendly. The installers were great. They were very polite and respectful. They will definitely be our first choice if we ever need flooring again and I will recommend them if any I know is looking for flooring.
Sean was fantastic to work with. We chose to have our entire downstairs floors removed and put down LVP floors. The contractor Al and his crew did a phenomenal job pulling up and putting down the new floors.

He's a great guy that means well but I think he is easily distracted with everything and a bit disorganized.Cons: After a couple of weeks I started noticing damages to my walls, nails still sticking out from the quarter rounds, and the kicker below my garage door came undone. Most likely from the dolly moving my washer and dryer in and out. There was also a 1 inch piece of flooring right under the quarter round that started to come up within the week. We got our floors done on August 28th. It is now November 6, and wheneverr I reach out or attempt to schedule a time for them to come, I get the run around and excuses as to when they'll be able to come repair.Overall the floors are great, although if I did reccomend to my neighbors and friends who are looking to redo their floors , I would encourage them do a thorough inspection of where they worked and make sure the problems are addressed before payment

Eastern builders did an outstanding job building my house on Topsail Island in 2012. They used the best materials and hired the best contractors. They never took shortcuts and worked with us every step of the way. I always knew my house was well built. It has withstood several small hurricanes, but last year when our island was hit by hurricane Florence, I came home and not only was my house still standing, but I had no damage at all!!! The only damage I had to the house was two ripped screens on my back porch. No roof damage, no water damage, no siding came off, no leaks in windows or doors-nothing!! It was a huge relief and I couldn't be happier knowing I hired the right company for building my home.

A work friend recommended this place to me after I bit into a starburst and an old filling came out that I had gotten done years ago in my hometown. The building is always clean inside and out. My experience with the staff has always been nothing but amazing. Everybody is so friendly here and patient with you. I had to get three crowns done because some of my teeth were beyond saving and I stressed myself out so much over getting the crowns, but it wasn’t bad at all. I am in the process of moving to another state right now, but if you were looking into having this place be your dentist I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with our experience! I was nervous going in, but the staff took such great care of my daughter that it really settled my nerves. The staff was very thorough in explaining everything to me, they kept me posted as the procedure was in progress, and when we were all said and done they even sent us home with some delicious chicken noodle soup. It was a top notch experience.

Amazing place. The people are kind, attentive and down to earth. I am not a big dentist guy but they made me feel at home. They did a temp crown and will do my permanent crown on a tooth that has been a headache. They also are gonna do my night mouthpiece. Just want an amazing experience!

After a 3.5 hour procedure for tooth extraction and first visit for a new bridge, I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and Marley for any dental work. They were very comforting and transparent with what they were doing. I was never left alone, most times they were both with me. They assured I was comfortable. The office has an atmosphere of kindness and respect. Although I have a few more visits to complete the work, I know I am in good hands.

I was so impressed with the staff, as well as the Vet she was knowledge, I cannot say enough good about her. We came in for an Emergency Visit. They where caring,understanding, prices are reasonable, they took amazing care of my Sprout canine. We are both so very greatful for them. Great experience. Sadly, my tortoise shell cat was unable to get vaccinated due to her uncooperative attitude. But the customer service was outstanding and the veterinarian was very understandable.
They definitely care about your pets. The desk staff is great as are the techs. They remember my pup & come from the back to say hi. The doctor is knowledgeable and you can tell she cares.

Can’t get enough of this place! The groomers always make my babies feel welcomed and loved. They listen to exactly what you want and get the job done beautifully! Will continue to groom here as long as I’m in North Carolina.
Dr. Pearson and his staff are incredible! Dr. Pearson is my horse’s and my dog’s vet - he is so experienced with the animals and they really respond positively to him. His staff is efficient and friendly- have never had a bad experience in this office! Love them!
This was the best massage I have ever gotten. Found all my sore spots and lumps, took care of the lower leg fatigue I was feeling. I work on my feet all day and she was absolutely amazing! The facility is peaceful and relaxing. Just enough hurt to get the job done! Will be returning as often as I can! Yeni even took time after my appointment to give me some pointers to help with daily stretching. They also have text reminders once you book your appointment so you don't forget your date and time.

Strained my low back & it was taking forever to get better. Hadn't had a massage in about 10 years, so was trusting the reviews to find a good place. They did not lead me astray. My masseuse was Madalyn. She was amazing. Nice atmosphere, from the check-in desk staff to the treatment room. Madalyn checked to see if I had any problems areas before starting & then worked on me for an hour. She provided a high quality massage & hit the area I was having problems with. I left feeling so much better. The environment, customer service, massage, & overall experience was great. I also love the ease of scheduling an appointment right off of the yelp page. They probably all do a great job here, but since I've only been here once, for now, I can definitely recommend Madalyn. I will be retuning.

Hands down, THE BEST massage therapist ever. I had overused my leg climbing stairs over a period of a week. Afterwards, I limped around for two weeks. Finally after failed attempts trying to stretch and work it out myself, I went to see Jackie. She worked on me for an hour and a half, but when I left there, I could walk with no limping. I've been going to her for years, she always asks what areas need attention. Then she uses her expertise to work on those areas to provide incredible relief. She is amazing!!!
Michele created a very relaxing atmosphere that smells amazing. She was great about communicating the appropriate pressure for the massage, and let me relax for the rest of the 90 minute massage. I plan on doing the reiki massage next time! The hot towels felt perfect! Not too hot and she didn’t leave them on too long either. She’s a wonderful masseuse.

He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and most of all, made our son feel comfortable. We then met with Eric, who was going to be doing all of Nicks twice a week PT appointments.
