My pup passed away in September. They were very empathetic about the process but I was obviously distraught. A week later these showed up at my home. I could not even bring words to the happiness this brought. Thankyou all so much for the kindness. I'm crying just to write this but it meant so so much to us.

So far the best Banfield hospital I ever had my dogs enrolled in. Dr. Smith always takes great care of my dogs. I only had my two girls go so far but I love how she explains everything to me perfectly. Goes over pricing with me and always helps me make sure I get the most for my money by comparing prices and options.

Had a wonderful experience bringing in our puppy for his first exam. All the staff was great but a special shout-out to Brandy. My youngest son who was with me at the time is severely allergic to peanuts. During our puppy Goose's exam I noticed her putting some Kong treat on the cabinet to occupy Goose. I asked her if it was peanut butter flavored to which she replied yes. I explained my son's allergy and Brandy immediately wiped it off the cabinet before Goose got to it, re wiped the cabinet . Put the paper towels in a separate bag and tied it closed placed in the big trash and then removed the big trash bag from the room. When she came back she thoroughly washed her...read full review
