I truly feel like she has the best team by her side.Past review:Best prices out of almost all of the vets I compared them to. The only downfall is you sometimes have to wait in their parkinglot ALL day to stay in line. It feels wasteful.“

“I brought my 15 week old puppy and my 10 year old dog for exams and vaccinations yesterday. I had great experience! The vet tech and the veterinarian were both great with both dogs. My 10 year old dog is an anxious wreck at the vet and they took great care of him! Both dogs were vaccinated painlessly.“

I relocated and when I needed her records the kind and very helpful receptionist aided me in what I needed for my baby. “They were very good to my dog and made sure he was taken care of. The vet tech was great and went over all the different options for care. The vet though was kind of rude, when I would ask a question she would interrupt me to answer the question but she would answer a question I didn't ask I just stopped asking her questions and waited for the vet tech to come back.“

“My pup passed away in September. They were very empathetic about the process but I was obviously distraught. A week later these showed up at my home. I could not even bring words to the happiness this brought. Thankyou all so much for the kindness. I'm crying just to write this but it meant so so much to us.“

“It took a few hours, but with any walk in place that is always expected. My dog was sick and I’m glad he could be seen. The cost was definitely reasonable compared to other vets in Jacksonville. My large pitbull has bad anxiety, and tends to freeze. The vet tech carried him back to the waiting room after his treatment, and did not even complain. I felt so bad! I didn’t get her name, but she was great. Most vets try to convince me to get extra services, or embarrass me for my dogs anxiousness. I’m so appreciative that they were so understanding, and truly seemed to care for my dog. All of the staff were great and the doctor was awesome.“
