They were very good to my dog and made sure he was taken care of. The vet tech was great and went over all the different options for care. The vet though was kind of rude, when I would ask a question she would interrupt me to answer the question but she would answer a question I didn't ask I just stopped asking her questions and waited for the vet tech to come back.

I highly recommend this practice. I normally take my pets to Jacksonville Vet Hospital which is their sister facility. They weren’t able to get my sick dog in for a same day appt but managed to get me scheduled here instead. They warned me that a work in appt might take extra time but I was in and out relatively quickly. All the staff I’ve worked with are super friendly and seem to genuinely like working here. Dr. Thomas is also very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and will make sure you leave with the best care and information possible. I had a lovely experience here. I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called as a new client. All of the staff were very friendly and professional, and did their best at comforting my dog and answering any questions I had.
