There are so many ways that I could describe my and my family’s experience with the staff and Dr. Liz. We were having to deal with an unexpected emergency with our Poka and they were so wonderful in how they treated her and us. From taking her back immediately upon our arrival, even though we were a few minutes early. They sensed my despair and fear and took her right away to start checking her out. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our kitten, we had to rush him in for emergency surgery as he had ripped apart his tail. The staff was unbelievably nice and understanding and made sure we understood the cost and the procedure our cat was going to have. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Jiji. I’m sure he appreciates you all.

From the bottom of my heart I’d like to thank the staff and doctor. I was a blubbering mess cause sadly I knew I was not gonna be taking my cat home tonight, I just felt it. The staff was very patient and understanding when I couldn’t keep my composure through the tears. Thank you, Dr. Eaton for letting me have a private moment with my precious girl before she took her last breath. Thank you for the hug after. I appreciate y’all
