Lee is absolutely amazing. Shes so sweet, friendly, and does great work! The overall experience at this salon is superior. The salon is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend!

**Updating this because Amy called to right this situation and gave me a credit for cancelling due to illness. I am grateful because I loved my first experience with this salon and do not want to go anywhere else.Previous-I had a great first visit with Southern Roots. However, unfortunately when I had my second appointment I had a stomach virus and was throwing up on my way to the appointment. They charged me $100 and would not allow it to be used toward me rescheduling my appointment a few days later. Which no one mentioned as I booked and cancelled this over the phone. Lee Cromer is a world class stylist. She goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming environment, listen to my hair needs, and always impresses me with her skills and knowledge of her craft. I always leave Southern Roots with beautiful hair, and a smile on my face. I wholeheartedly recommend Lee and all the staff at Southern Roots, they are all so kind, gracious, and professional, thank you ladies!
