As a child I was always fearful of the Dentist. Growing older you experience so many problems with your teeth and gums. My misfortune having so many bad experiences. Unfortunately I let my teeth go, breaking, falling out. To no avail it was time to see a Dentist. Yes I had to experience two whom I wasn't pleased with. Then I found Jacksonville Dental Care & Dr Jones. Still fearful alot of aniexty. Even walking in the door, going to the chair, getting x-rays. The aniexty was in full force. Knowing the teeth I had left would need to be removed. And I was facing dentures top and bottom. I couldn't have had a better Dentist anywhere. When I lived on the NC coast, I discovered Jacksonville Dental Care, and it is a treasure! Other dentists could not help me with my reaction to anesthetics, but Dr. Jones surely did! My first visit was a visit for a filling/crown, and then the surgery. All went absolutely perfectly! After that, I decided that I would ONLY go to Dr. Jones and his staff for yearly cleaning. Even after moving 2 hours away, I knew that I would get the respect and care that I deserved. They are truly awesome!

The staff at JDC is always thoughtful, courteous, professional and personable. My son and I have been going there for over 10 years and as much as I HATE going to the dentist as a general rule, the wonderful folks there make the experience as drama-free as possible. They especially cater to me - as I have intestinal fortitude of a four-year-old when it comes to the dentist; their sedation process is second-to-none! Hands down the best dental care I have ever received (I even paid out-of-pocket to use them while in the Marine Corps.) Dr. Jones and his staff will take great care of you.
