“Best dentist place I have ever been to and I've been to 5 other dental places in PA and FL which ranged from horrible to good. This place is so nice and gentle with my teeth during cleaning all the while still doing an excellent job cleaning them. Any questions I have, they are readily able to answer with extensive detail and dumb down enough for anyone to understand. They don't just explain but even show what they are referring to when explaining. They make one feel important, like an actual human and not just a walking bag of money. I'm not a fan of NC but one of the places I'm going to miss about NC is this dental place.“

“My kids really like this office! TVs on the ceilings, prize coins and "goody" bags on the way out. The staff is also friendly and honest. I left my purse and they quickly called and I was able to get it back, with everything still intact. Great people!!!“

“This dentist is absolutely amazing. My teeth were almost beyond repair and I was very embarrassed by them. Dr. Henry even takes Tricare if you go through the necessary steps. In just a few visits he's totally changed my mouth and I don't have to worry about people looking at it. I tried the VA, but all they wanted to do was pull out all my teeth. I can't say enough about this place. I have no ulterior motive at all. I just want everyone that can to experience what I'm fortunate to experience. Thank you to Dr Henry and his staff. “Absolutely love this office and all the staff! I ended up changing dentist since my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance and I was needing a new crown. My first appointment here Dr W told me there was no need for a new crown unless I personally wanted it. Since that moment I would never change dentist and I recommend everyone here. It was the honesty he gave, not making me go through a procedure that I didn’t need in the first place.Jessica the hygienist is my girl! Absolutely adore her and I look forward to my cleanings with her. If you’re looking for a new dentist do not hesitate to give them a call you won’t be disappointed!“

“As a child I was always fearful of the Dentist. Growing older you experience so many problems with your teeth and gums. My misfortune having so many bad experiences. Unfortunately I let my teeth go, breaking, falling out. To no avail it was time to see a Dentist. Yes I had to experience two whom I wasn't pleased with. Then I found Jacksonville Dental Care & Dr Jones. Still fearful alot of aniexty. Even walking in the door, going to the chair, getting x-rays. The aniexty was in full force. Knowing the teeth I had left would need to be removed. And I was facing dentures top and bottom. I couldn't have had a better Dentist anywhere. From taking my impressions, to my upper and lower dentures. My whole experience has and still has been wonderful. His caring, personality, professional manner. Takes the time to explain in layman's terms. What to expect, and how things will be. To alignments, follow up visits as needed. And his staff I couldn't have asked for a better Dentist in Jacksonville 5 plus stars aren't enough. I highly recommend Dr Jones you won't be disappointed. Thank you Dr Jones and staff.
