“Great experience getting cavities filled. Dr. Saunders made it painless and quick! I think it’s the most comfortable I could have possibly been while having teeth filled. He made sure to let me know if I had any issues, to just notify him by raising my hand and he’d stop and we’d evaluate. I never had to do that once! It was a great experience.My hygentist Ruth was also very kind and helpful. Very understanding of someone who has some anxiety around the dentist!“

“TLDR; First visit to Richlands location, will be returning. Website could use some TLC.Recent visit to Richlands office gets 5/5 stars!Alicia was very kind, personable, and thorough. Consult turned into a comprehensive exam (I was overdue), and she made sure that all bases were covered from x-rays to a periodontal referral and accurate coding to my insurance.Hygienist Laura was extremely efficient, educational, and enjoyable to work with.Dr. Edens obviously cares about her patients, and I look forward to seeing her again.Can't forget Gracelynn at the front desk who a) was able to schedule the consult quickly when a comprehensive appt slot was not readily available, b) called me to reschedule/get me in earlier and c) graciously provided a recommended pediatric dentist for my 3 year old.Reason(s) for overall 4 star rating:1) Periodontal staff are not placed strategically throughout the practice's many locations, resulting in 1.5+ hour drive for some patients2) Months ago, I was experiencing severe pain due to abscess. This was over the weekend, and I attempted to request an early Monday appointment via the website. While I understand that available slots on the website may not be entirely accurate, I was never contacted about my request, nor was it acknowledged. Perhaps better monitoring of weekend requests/needs as they are likely emergent.“
