Matt’s service is always 5 stars and beyond. He is the only reason why I continue to do business with Dodson. The lady at the front desk is not the friendliest so I try not to call if I have any questions.
We have been using Dodson pest controls annual service for our home for many years. From the office staff to our technician (Scott) they are professional, detailed, accommodating, and provide outstanding customer service. Scott always takes the time to know what if any bugs or critters we have seen in or around the house so he can tailor the monthly service. We highly recommend this company for your pest control needs.
I found this company via word of mouth, which shows how well thought of they are. No issues scheduling nor issues changing scheduled appointments. Always on time.
