Great customer service from start to finish! Antonio patiently showed us different options according to what type of flooring design we were looking for. Lee was very courteous in explaining to us what to expect from start to finish. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and informative and made us feel that we're their only clients. The installers were very accommodating and very meticulous with their workmanship and represented themselves and Floors Galore with pride. Thank you, team, and we couldn't wait to come back for our next flooring project!

While recently shopping for shower tile, Lee at Floors Galore offered phenominal customer service. Not only was he knowledgeable in the product and thorough when helping to figure up the quantity needed. He also offered some excellent advice during the process that helped us decide which direction to go with certain design aspects within the shower. Highly recommend Lee and Floors Galore.

From start to finish, wonderful experience. Lee our store rep was fabulous! Communicated every step of the way and gave us options to choose from. The install crew were great also, very friendly, asked my opinion and wanted to make sure I was happy. Job was finished sooner than projected which was a huge plus for me. They installed the master, set of stairs and second floor of our house to match what was originally installed by our builder. Seamless transition. Would recommend 100%

A locally owned company, Floors Galore was founded by Mother and Son duo Linda Huff and Will Morton. Starting with humble beginnings in a small office on Gum Branch Rd., Floors Galore quickly gained steam after landing a contract with Eastern NC’s premier Builders A. Sydes, NCCI, and DMS. After outgrowing the initial location, Floors Galore found their home at its Flagship location of 754 Ramsey Rd, Jacksonville NC 28546. Through the years, Floors Galore has added members to the team which has made the company what we are today.
