I am so happy I found this company ☺️. I called yesterday (October 2nd) evening about 4.30pm just to inquire about thier services and areas of service. I was so pleased with the way Jeff handled our conversation I had to ask for him to squeeze me in for the following day. When I tell you they kept me informed even showed up 10 mins earlier than the allotted time.Cody and Sabastian are so professional ?? I’m so happy with my experience with Finesse Pro. I needed my carpets cleaned and some carpet patching done. When I initially contacted Jeff, he came out the very next day to take a look at what I needed and to give me a quote. We were scheduled for a Monday and he called the Friday before to confirm everything. On the morning of, he gave me another call to let me know that his team was on the way. He communicated very well and was very professional. His team showed up on time and they were very nice and polite. They were also quick.
