Movement Muscle Therapy is fantastic! I picked up on that very quickly. Alicia has a great mindset, awesome personality, educated in her craft, and passionate. She began our session with a movement assessment and used her findings and my personal history as a guide in creating a personalized treatment for me. As a sports & performance physical therapist, I was very impressed by her great skillset and am excited to have found someone I trust to refer my patients to when needed. I look forward to our next session together!

Alicia is amazing! I had my first visit with her today due to some ongoing sciatic pain. I was a little apprehensive at first because I’ve seen a few therapist in the past few weeks and just basically had a full body massage but didn’t address my main concern. Alicia came with a different approach and addressed my lower back pain. Although, I know it will take a few sessions with her to get me back to where I need to be. Today I was able to walk out with more range of motion than I’ve had in the past couple of months. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough!
