“Today I was fortunate enough to experience a wellness retreat at Grow Wellness which included a hatha yoga class, a one hour wellness massage and a one hour reiki session. My day started with the yoga class and followed with the most amazing massage by the owner Kathleen. It was truly a “wellness” massage. She applied just the right amount of pressure and even used some hot stones. My reiki session with Lisa was equally awesome. She is truly intuitive and is blessed in the ways she uses essential oils and singing bowls in her session. Grow Wellness itself is an extraordinary, spiritual space with crystals in every room. I highly recommend Grow Wellness!“

“I live in the Waypoint building, which partnered with Yoga 203 last summer. As I pursued a healthier lifestyle, I decided to experiment with yoga. The instructor, Priya, greeted me kindly and without judgment. As a novice, I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and found them to be greatly beneficial for my health. After the rooftop yoga sessions concluded in September, I felt compelled to keep attending classes at the studio, and I'm happy I made that choice. I eagerly anticipated Priya's classes and was excited to experience others. The studio is charming, serene, and well-kept. Katherina, the owner, is not only kind but also cherishes her patrons and holds the general ambiance of her studio in high regard. My experience there has been fulfilling, and I've been attending weekly classes since October. Up to this point, I have sampled various classes and can confidently say that each one has been outstanding. While I adore Priya's class, the owner's class is exceptional, I also found Lisa's class to be fantastic, and Kat's class to be very enjoyable. The studio features a range of excellent teachers, each with their own style, and although some may connect with you more than others, the ambiance at Yoga 203 is consistently welcoming. The studio boasts a variety of excellent instructors, each with their unique approach, and while some may resonate more with you than others, the overall atmosphere at Yoga 203 is very inviting. I'm a big supporter of local businesses, and I appreciate the convenience of this studio's location. This yoga studio is a genuine gem in the community and is certainly worth a visit.“

“Jaya is wonderful. I have been seeing her as my Ayurvedic practitioner since 2016. I first set up an appointment with her to get help with my acne which I have been dealing with on and off for 14 years now. I used to have acne all over my face at all times. After using the Ayurvedic soap and supplements she recommended I use and take, my acne has dramatically improved. I went from having a face covered in acne, to only having zero to two small breakouts on my face at one time“

“I have been exercising under Brian’s guidance for over 10 years now. What started as a journey into yoga has slowly grown into a practice incorporating various training and exercise disciplines crafted together in a perfect combination to address my physical needs and goals. Most recently I discovered that I had Lyme disease, the effects of which seriously hindered my physicality. But through Brian’s guidance over the past 6 months, I have regained much of my lost strength and balance allowing me to finally feel strong and normal again. Brian doesn’t stop at just the physical practice however. His approach additionally focuses on nutritional health along with meditative and mental centering skills to truly care for the entire being, not just the body. Brian has trained me through all the peaks and valleys in both my body and mind and his attentive nature means that each time we meet, he crafts just the right routine based on what’s happening for me that day, even if that calls for an extra 30 mins of meditation! I am very fortunate to have Brian in my life and look forward to training with him every week, even when he makes me do burpees!“

“This review is long overdue. I first heard about Family Tree Yoga from the stamford moms page and began taking my newborn to Baby & Me Yoga at 7 weeks. Ms Kimberly creates such an inviting and safe space for moms with all her programming. Watching my baby grow and become more and more engaged in a practice I personally enjoy was so fulfilling. I ended up joining one of the new moms groups Ms Kimberly runs where I met other new moms I am still in touch with today, and my daughter loves sensory art sessions and holiday crafts where she's able to interact with other babies and engage in stimulating play and crafts. Ms Kimberly has a wealth of knowledge and can recommend practitioners from pelvic floor therapists to sleep consultants. I'm so glad I found this community, it will be a very sad day when my daughter becomes too old to attend Family Tree Yoga classes!“

“I joined LA fitness before Christmas 2023. I signed for a year with personal trainer once a week. I choose Naya every time for my personal training. She is great. She is the most patient person I've ever met. If you don't get or do something properly she will show you and never gets annoyed. She is full of great energy. I'm also shocked reading all the bad reviews. It's actually a decent gym. It's always clean - that's coming from a clean freak! They have a swimming pool, basketball ball court and do various classes also. Give it chance and just try it and make your own decision after that! And def choose Naya as your personal trainer.“
