Today I was fortunate enough to experience a wellness retreat at Grow Wellness which included a hatha yoga class, a one hour wellness massage and a one hour reiki session. My day started with the yoga class and followed with the most amazing massage by the owner Kathleen. It was truly a “wellness” massage. She applied just the right amount of pressure and even used some hot stones. My reiki session with Lisa was equally awesome. She is truly intuitive and is blessed in the ways she uses essential oils and singing bowls in her session. Grow Wellness itself is an extraordinary, spiritual space with crystals in every room. I highly recommend Grow Wellness!

I had an incredible massage with Kathleen recently and highly recommend her services! I feel so much better and look forward to returning very soon. I also picked up several beautiful necklaces from the boutique and plan to try the signature wellness tea next time I visit.

I have been a client of Alicia’s for over 5 years, and I cannot express how much relief and healing she has brought me through her massage therapy work. Alicia is highly skilled at identifying her clients’ pain points and adapting each session to their specific needs. In my case, I have struggled with severe TMJ pain and migraines for many years. Alicia has specifically trained in TMJ massage therapy, and her techniques have been one of my only sources of relief after countless specialists and failed operations. I leave every session feeling renewed. She is truly an invaluable asset to Grow Wellness and I recommend her massage therapy services to everyone I know.
