I joined LA fitness before Christmas 2023. I signed for a year with personal trainer once a week. I choose Naya every time for my personal training. She is great. She is the most patient person I've ever met. If you don't get or do something properly she will show you and never gets annoyed. She is full of great energy. I'm also shocked reading all the bad reviews. It's actually a decent gym. It's always clean - that's coming from a clean freak! They have a swimming pool, basketball ball court and do various classes also. Give it chance and just try it and make your own decision after that! And def choose Naya as your personal trainer.

I recently joined LA Fitness as a "senior citizen". I was interested in using the pool to address my concerns regarding arthritic knees. I met with Knox who was so helpful in providing me with a tour and information regarding classes, equipment, etc. The best advice that he gave me was to consider personal training sessions. I am so fortunate to be working with Yvonne. She is very aware of my knee issues, respects my fears and concerns and then gently encourages me to step out of my comfort zone. I'm so pleased with the support she gives me during my sessions as well as suggestions to use at home. I'd highly recommend Yvonne! In addition, I'm going to the aqua classes and riding the bike.

The manager Desiree was such a genuine help to me, she took her time to help me narrow down the best plans and options for me well AFTER THE GYM CLOSED. The consultation was informative and very transparent, above all. The service was definitely above and beyond!
