Core Principle is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful for your individual needs.I had back surgery two years ago and felt that my core, legs and balance needed strengthening. Since I joined Core Principle 8 weeks ago I feel much stronger I still have a long way to go. I like the fact that if I am doing the exercises wrong Emily is always there to help me and gives me the confidence and the push I need. She really is a great trainer.
I started working out at Core Principles about two months ago. I don't like to work out, and I have had some issues with sciatic pain before that really limited my activity. My goals were to gain strength and to avoid any pain in my sciatic nerve.After only two months I have made so much progress. I work out at CP twice a week, and already I have been able to lift heavier weights. I am so proud of not only how consistent I have been, but also of how much my form has improved. Overall, I feel much stronger, much more confident in my capabilities, and I have felt zero pain from my sciatic nerve. The coaches are awesome and caring, and the atmosphere is non-judgmental. After 5 weeks and 2 visits per week, I am very satisfied with my training sessions at Core Principles. I knew I needed to add strengthening exercises to my weekly routine after many years of lower back and body mechanic issues but didn’t want to jump into a class or situation where I would end up injured. Greatly appreciate Emily’s energy, enthusiasm and the small adjustments made to form and technique which are so critical to gaining strength incrementally. Looking forward to new challenges and gaining more confidence in my body’s durability.
