Best yoga place in Stamford! They’re all about the customer here and take any stress out of having a busy schedule and wanting to go to yoga classes. There’s no penalty for not being able to make a class last minute - it goes right back into your account. I love how classes here are challenging yet fuel my mind and soul. So happy I found this place since moving to Stamford and it’s become a regular in my routine!

I love CT power yoga! Instructors are Awesome … love the community. Love going 6am specially during winters. They make you fall in love with yoga. Best hot power yoga place I ever had been too. Thanks Aimee!

I thought I hated hot yoga until I found CTPY, but now I’m a convert. The teachers are all wonderful and make it easy to modify poses in both directions, and the community that CTPY attracts is warm (no pun intended) and friendly. Don’t be intimidated by “power”, this place is all about finding your own power, not perfecting crazy poses. So glad to have this studio in Stamford. ?
