I started yoga again after practicing it as a child (from books). During the pandemic, I tried taking YouTube classes but could never complete one class out of boredom or impatience. I have been experiencing more pain as I've aged and decided to take a class with Carol at the beginning of the year as a gift to myself. Carol is welcoming, experienced, humble, and gentle. I highly recommend Harmony yoga.

Carol is amazing. She can come to your home too. She is so thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable, attentive. I cant believe the progress Ive made so far thanks to her. She really understand the body, the energies, and adapts herself to your issue to help you. She has always a plan and follows up.

This is where I go to breathe, to connect with that which is deep within me as I move my body with the gentle cues of this wonderful instructor. Certainly a place that brings harmony and balance in my life.
