“PTP is what every gym should be. Clean, courteous and professional staff, and a place where you feel welcomed. Although I've had pleasant conversations with all the staff, Erik has been my trainer for over a year now. He's not only helped make me noticeably stronger, but also helped me to lose over fifty pounds. He's an excellent trainer and PTP is lucky to have him. PTP isn't cheap; it's not some half-assed gym with pushy rude staff and dirty showers. But it's worth every penny. I recommend PTP to anyone who asks me where I go to workout.“

“Four years ago, I retired and my gym closed within a few months. I was looking for some structure as I knew working out was beneficial to my overall health, but I had been lacking the motivation to do so. I spent most of my workouts on cardiovascular training, ignoring the weight training. My weight constantly fluctuated, my strength as I got older was poor and my endurance was almost nonexistent. I responded to a 6-week trial at Train 2 Xcel, hoping this might be the answer I was looking for, it was!The trainers were there to guide you. They take the time to know what you need, when to give that extra push, or realize that some days you might not be able to give 100%. They know how to motivate! It makes a big difference having a trainer work with you every session. I've had 2 surgeries during my four years here, and was able to return to the gym quicker, as they wrote up my workouts to help keep me moving and get back to where I was.One thing I did not expect to happen there, was the friendships I have made. Getting to know other members, working out with them, whether it is a metabolic class, or a semiprivate lesson really helps me want to go to the gym. I look forward to being there. I never thought that I could say that working out can be fun, but it is here.I'm 62, I take care of my 2-year-old grandson 2 days a week, I'm an avid golfer, and I enjoy walking. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for the staff at Train 2 Xcel, and they're knowledge and expertise, I would not be in truly the best shape of my life.Sue Aruilio“

“Stop by over the weekend to scout for an activity for our kid. Got to talking with Master Manny. Nice guy. I never had anything handed to me in this life, when you are down the haters will kick you, but when you are up they stop kicking you because it hurts their legs. Lessons like this can make our kids tougher in the world and this dojo is good for that. We have not signed up yet but strongly considering it in the near future when our finically and money plans become in line.“

“I have been exercising under Brian’s guidance for over 10 years now. What started as a journey into yoga has slowly grown into a practice incorporating various training and exercise disciplines crafted together in a perfect combination to address my physical needs and goals. Most recently I discovered that I had Lyme disease, the effects of which seriously hindered my physicality. But through Brian’s guidance over the past 6 months, I have regained much of my lost strength and balance allowing me to finally feel strong and normal again. Brian doesn’t stop at just the physical practice however. His approach additionally focuses on nutritional health along with meditative and mental centering skills to truly care for the entire being, not just the body. Brian has trained me through all the peaks and valleys in both my body and mind and his attentive nature means that each time we meet, he crafts just the right routine based on what’s happening for me that day, even if that calls for an extra 30 mins of meditation! I am very fortunate to have Brian in my life and look forward to training with him every week, even when he makes me do burpees!“

“The coaches at F45, mostly Yvette and Nicole P., have really helped me out with modifying each activity as needed. I never feel bad if I can't do something that the class is doing. Now I can't stop going and Nicole has convinced me to knock out 2 classes in one day! I'm going to keep going so I can eventually take other classes.“
