To get the benefit you need to do the work. To do the work you need a teacher. Great Teacher= Great Work= greatest Benefit. You can't do better then Westport Pilates. Any age any condition you just need to start. I've taken lessons at other places to find the right place. They don't hold a candle to Westport Pilates
Westport is hands down the best thing I have done for my health! Cait and Marcello are the crème de La crème of teachers, intuitive, dedicated and clear. The studios are clean, organized and attractive. Three thumbs up!
