I had a truly wonderful time with Angela. I normally get a bit nervous when I get treatments done because I feel a bit anxious, but Angela was so good and helping me to feel relaxed, and I was able to really feel comfortable. I got a facial and my skin felt so good and by the end it looked so much more glowy and youthful. Angela really took her time and I could see how much she prioritized me and looked after my skin concerns. Also the space is really cute too! I am definitely returning and will recommend to all my friends!
Dr. Craig Dufresne is truly one of the greatest plastic surgeons in the world. And I say that because I know through his generosity and kindness to the less fortunate, he has worked around the world. Of course you would never know from him as he is so humble but he is the best of the best!
I had first heard of Dr. Craig Dufresne's name when my beautiful young neighbor who was our children's babysitter was in a horrible accident. She was almost home on a rainy night and in trying to get to her purse unbuckled for a second and in that time looking down when she looked up she had to swerve to avoid hitting another car. Her beautiful face went through the windshield.
Her parents obviously stayed at the hospital with her until the surgery was over. While they were waiting both a nurse and a doctor came out to reassure she was truly in the best hands possible and they were so blessed with the talented surgeon who happened to be in the ER that night. It was Dr. Craig Dufresne who after the surgery came out and sat with them for a while gently explaining everything and what was ahead for her. When my neighbor came home she told me that her daughter was doing well and that a miracle occurred that night as one of the most renowned plastic surgeons was on duty that night.( I think one of the nurses had told her that Dr. Dufresne was going to be interviewed on something like 60 minutes.) Don't quote me on the exact show.
If you can imagine what happens to your face when you go through a windshield but today there is not one mark on this sweet girl. She recently got married and was probably one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen. I had mentioned to her at the wedding that I was going to see Dr. Dufresne and she asked me to thank him again for being in the ER that night.
Needless to say I kept Dr. Craig Dufresne's name in my book in the chance that I would ever needed to recommend someone that was excellent. I would continue to read about him and his accomplishments. Just unbelievable!!!I can only imagine some of his VIP clients.
Well six years later my little girl had really scratched her cheek in going under the bed and as a result of turning her face the metal of the mattress gouged her cheek. The incision was 2 inches at least. We were going to bring her to the pediatric care as I didn't know if Dr. Dufresne would even do pediatric. However, I was able to bring her right in to see him and with his plan of what to do as of this day she has no marks at all on her cheek. He was so incredible and kind with my little one.
The decades pass and one of my little grandchildren by accident had a bad burn and we were so afraid of the scarring but again with my daughter knowing of the reputation of Dr. Dufresne she called him right away. She was so relieved and reassured with his knowledge, she knew it was going to be okay. And it was. You will notice I have not even begun with my review but he is so revered by my family and I wanted you to know how I met him. I have know him for four decades. I will do another review of just how much he has made a difference in my life.

I highly recommend this firm to anyone who has questions about their tax situation. Before we met, one of his assistants sent us documents to help put all of the information together on our taxes. By doing this, we were able to make the time meeting with Mr. Pontius incredibly useful and informative. He had already reviewed all of our information and was able to give us multiple scenarios for proceeding. He outlined our various options clearly, and we left his office informed on how to move forward. Mr. Pontius is extremely knowledgeable about federal and state tax law.
Ben Brasfield took my case and when it was all over he said something to the effect of, “If you’re willing to outwork the other side things will go your way”… or something like that…He’s definitely not lazy! It wasn’t advice for me, it was a general statement of how he prepped to take the case, but I still think about that. He’s smart, strategic, thorough, and experienced. He had a good staff or paralegals as well.

Their work speaks for itself and their pricing makes this a great hidden gem in Arlington compared to others. I come for eyebrow threading and tint, which is a total of $37. I always love the finish product. Definitely my new spot and will continue coming.

This was my third curly cut, my first with Sue, and my first Deva cut. I decided to try Sue as she's much closer to where I live than another stylist I've previously used, and not having to trek into DC was a big selling point. I think most people have had hair salon disasters in their past, and if you have wavy or curly hair, it seems like you will have had more than your fair share of bad cuts and stylists who don't know how to deal with texture, or who tell you to just live with frizz and uncooperative hair. Or they just straighten it, or try and implement some complicated routine that nobody but the most dedicated people can manage to keep up with. With that in mind, any time I try a new stylist, it is with some serious trepidation and pretty low expectations. Thankfully, Sue smashed those expectations and gave me the best hair cut I've ever had. My hair has changed over the years to be more fine and less voluminous, so having a cut that made the most of what I have was a blessing and total confidence booster. Sue gave me a great dry cut, and then did a very simple routine on me. Shampoo, condition, and styled with mousse. For fine and (I think?) low volume hair, this worked very well, as a lot of products weigh my hair down and make the curls and waves collapse. She gave me instructions on how to style at home, and kept it quick and simple. We talked about things to consider to jazz up the color or ideas to consider for next time, which was a fun exercise in what-if. No pushing of product sales or extra services was a bonus. I will definitely be back. Finding a great stylist within easy distance is what we all wish for.

I had indigo hair that I covered with black box dye due to my job not allowing unnatural colored hair. On top of that, I wanted to transition into ginger/copper with blonde peekaboo layer split dye. Not only did Miss Chi gave me the amazing results I wanted, she made sure to keep the integrity and health of my hair in tact.
Requested style: This is exactly what I got: Layered wolf cut for the hairstyle and split dye for color: ginger/copper/orange on top, and blonde for the bottom section. The ombre effect comes with the layering of the hair cut!

My 5 year old got his hair cut. His hair is crazy to cut he has all types of cow licks and his head is busy. The man that cut his hair seemed to be the owner and he was a great host. The barbers are quite friendly and do a great job. I get a pretty basic beard trim and haircut and I'm always happy. Prices are perhaps a little high ($27 for a cut and beard trim) but maybe that's just the area. Cheaper than other places I've gone.

Hidden gem! I came to the University Barber Shop hoping for a haircut. The attention to detail was above the board and I was very pleased with the results. I will plan to return for another trim in the near future and the next time I need a haircut! Very clean, I know they replace bulbs frequently because I've seen them do it. Staff is warm and comfortable. Only complaint is the lotion sales are at incredibly high markup. You can buy on Amazon for a quarter to a half of the price. The tanning club is a good value. The lotions not so much.
i made an appointment since they were near my job and noticed this salon specializes in gel x. i've been dying to get gel x for a while and this is the spot to go to! darlene was super sweet and very accommodating, she's also very precise and knowledgeable about her work. but don't get it twisted, it's not a regular nail spa... they also offer variety of snacks and drinks from mimosas to matcha. not to mention about over 3,000 nail colors to choose from. everything about this salon was the highlight of my day, great energy and great service! i will definitely come back, you HAVE to get your nails done here

I had to take my car in for repairs today and figured I would get a gel mani/pedi while I waited and boy, was I happy to find this place! Jennifer is incredibly kind, takes her time and is reasonably priced. She's good at what she does and I immediately felt at home with her. She offered me drinks and muffins and she was so sweet. I feel super refreshed after visiting her salon. I got an eyebrow wax too and she's a perfectionist, which is exactly the type of person you want doing these things. I'll be back. $108 total plus tip. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a nail salon in this particular area....because I may or may not have needed an excuse to hit up insomnia cookies right after. this nail salon is located right next to insomnia cookies across the street from GMU.
we arrived a little late - I made sure to call ahead to let them know. Tina was very accommodating. they had us pick out our colors for our pedicure & my daughter got to pick out two colors for her manicure. I believe it was Helen that worked on my daughters nails & she was very gentle with my daughter. she double checked to make sure she was comfortable & even brought out an extra cushion to help her relax in the pedicure chair. I really appreciated that since she can't actually lean back into the chair.
Tina did my pedicure & Gel-X set. she noticed my heels were looking a bit rough & she stood up....and freaking polished the hell out of my heel. my heels are so incredibly soft now, it's not even funny! once the pedicure was complete, she took me to her station to do my gel-x set. she let me pick out the colors I wanted from the design picture I sent her. whenever I had any issues with the manicure, she would stop & fix it so I would be happy. her attention to detail was phenomenal. she free handed the little vines and leaves I wanted on my nail perfectly. my only issue was that her spray paint gun wasn't working so she had to do my ombre by hand. this wasn't even her fault, but the white powder she mixed into the white nail polish was a bit clumpy. she did her best to get rid of them, but it's still a bit noticeable.

After that, I had my eyebrows waxed by Donna, who was just as precise and efficient, leaving my brows exactly how I wanted them.
The entire staff was kind and welcoming, making my first visit such a pleasant one. The salon itself was spotless--everything was clean, neat, and organized, including the bathroom, which was very well-kept. I'll definitely be recommending this salon to my family, and I'll be back for sure!

I just got my lashes done by Payton and it was amazing! She was so attentive to the style that I wanted even though I didn't even come in with inspiration pics. She asked me a lot of questions that I haven't been asked before - about length, where I like it to be the longest, etc. I'm a little more of a newcomer to getting my lashes done but she was super helpful and attentive. The studio is also just super clean and they're really good at helping you find the entrance to the studio because it can be a little confusing. Would recommend! :)

Lynn is a wonderful stylist. I took my 15 year old son here to get a perm. Kids this age are very hard to please, however, when we left Lynn's studio he said it was the best day ever. He LOVES the waves and style she gave him. He showed her two pictures for reference and she nailed it! I wanted a perm as well but she advised against it because I have highlights in my hair and she did not want to damage my hair. She explained that I should let my highlights grow out more and then come back. Most hair stylist would have done the perm and taken my money. She is very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I did get a cut and she did a wonderful job. I was very happy with the results and will continue to come back to her. Her prices were well below the average prices in this area. I went in expecting to pay way more for the services we wanted and was actually shocked at what she charged. Needless to say I left a very large tip because she was worth more than what she charges. Lash Me is the best lash salon in NOVA! The salon is bright and clean, the ladies are so kind and inviting, and they truly take their time to provide the highest quality services. I have gotten both lash extensions and lash lifts from here, and they have always turned out so perfect! The ladies are extremely gentle while they work, which I appreciate, and they are also very responsive to text messages regarding appointments and any other questions. Dr. Pervaiz is great! Very personable and kind and obviously cares about her patients. Very attentive and will listen and take time to answer all your questions. The office though small, not saying that's a bad thing, is clean and welcoming. The scheduling online is super easy and if you plan ahead, it's not hard to find a time that works for you. I've been going for PRP hair treatments. I noticed I was shedding a lot of hair. Figured it was work stress, maybe a hormonal thing or pandemic stress or a combo of everything. Either way I felt my hair was getting too thin, something no one else would have ever noticed of course but me. I didn’t have any bald spots but I wanted to be proactive. PRP is expensive but if the treatment is every 4+ months it’s not so bad. I thought I had a good threshold for pain but it’s not pleasant at least for me. I equate it to dry needling pain. But it definitely worked and saw noticeable results within 2-3 months and even more at 6 months and I felt normal again.

Went to this spa late night. Great experience! First time and it was worth it cause I went to the gym a couple of hours before (had to take a shower at homeCindy hosted me because the other person was late . I had to wait an hour before service. Nonetheless, Cindy greeted me and apologized for the wait. She handled me with care. Her hands are powerful! She joked saying I was gonna be her workout because of my huge size..lol. But she meant it! She used, elbows, knees, and me crying like a baby, getting out the tight spots! Great work!
I had a truly wonderful time with Angela. I normally get a bit nervous when I get treatments done because I feel a bit anxious, but Angela was so good and helping me to feel relaxed, and I was able to really feel comfortable. I got a facial and my skin felt so good and by the end it looked so much more glowy and youthful. Angela really took her time and I could see how much she prioritized me and looked after my skin concerns. Also the space is really cute too! Andy has been my nail tech for a year now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else! He makes sure I go with the right color all the time, takes his time and does a great job filing my nails! I can’t have long nails because of work purposes so he makes sure once I’m due for another nail appointment they aren’t too long! I always get dip powder and it has been the best healthy thing for my nails! No matter what day or time it is Andy always fits me in! The people in there are great and they make sure you are well taken care for! 10/10 recommend!

Duaa was absolutely amazing! I came to her for my wedding makeup through a friend’s recommendation. I had spent the previous week speaking to wedding make up artists in the DMV and found major issues with each one — either they didn’t have experience with a wide variety of skin tones, or charged an unreasonable amount, or had a very rigid and formal process that made it feel more like a factory conveyor belt — some had all three issues! But not Duaa. She was professional and personable.Before the wedding: I went to Duaa to get my skin ready. She recommended some great products to treat my skin that I could get at cvs and Sephora (most spas I’ve been to want you to buy their $80 exclusive products instead of recommending accessible alternatives). I had 3 facials with Duaa, one per month leading up to the wedding. She cleaned and treated my skin based on what it needed. I also got a Dermaplanning treatment. Every visit to Duaa was a relaxing experience. She answered all of my questions with patience. I even brought my fiancé in for a facial — it was his first time ever and he had a great experience.Days of wedding: I hired Duaa to do my makeup for two days. In the first she did mine, my 8 bridesmaids AND my mom. Everyone came out perfect. She was able to work quick given our schedule yet still carried out her work with care. My mom looked 20 years younger, she loved it!On the second day she did my makeup for our traditional ceremony as well as my mom’s.If I could give her 10 stars I would. Duaa does great work and is a lovely human being. My only regret is that I have moved from the DMV and can’t continue to go to her for regular facials.

I entered the shop and we first signed a contract for safely protocols. My friend came to get a septum piercing. Two people one being lora and another girl who had a septum gave us information on the procedure. They took us to a room and got everything ready. They were so sweet through the process. They talked it through and even had stuff toys for support. Every step they did came with an instruction and information on what’s going to happen which was very reassuring and helpful. After the piercing was complete they gave us candy too.
I personally loved the experience , cleanliness, people and I would 100% get my own piercings done here.
Cleanliness: The piercing shop was very clean. They not only had all the equipment sterilised but had all the supplies such as cotton swabs, gloves, saline solution in organised boxes in the walls. The floor was clean and the walls were decorated with decor and pictures of other clients piercings.
Stylist: Lora was extremely professional and very informative. Every step she took, she first gave an instruction. It was very assuring and helpful. Not only that but she was extremely supportive and kind.
I was pierced by Lindsay today and she was excellent ! I received a free piercing because of how poorly my upper helix was pierced in my hometown ( I was just visiting VA). Lindsay is very talented and VERY passionate, she was open and honest and prepared me for 2 piercings in one day, which was a first for me. I also have exclusive jewelry for my upper helix which is on its way to be on their shelf! It can be very expensive but is worth it ! My ear has had a necessary facelift and I have no complaints ! ?
I recently experienced an issue with my AC unit at my Fairfax, Virginia home which required me to contact an AC repair company. I called a few companies, but landed on AA Rapid Plumming, Air Condition, and Heating for support.
It was a Sunday, my family had finally had enough of our not having cold air within our home, and we needed a company to come out and replace our AC fan motor. Within an hour of my speaking with Carlos at AA Rapid, Cesar was assigned to come out to my home to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Hail to Cesar! He was (and is) a true pro!!!! He was on time, thoughtful, answered all my questions, and even explained what I might need to consider in the future.

Used plumbing services and was surprised by the expertise of Ed and his team in their persistence to clean a clogged pipe that had been previously diagnosed to need digging up the floor for replacement. Also, had a sink basin replaced that meant granite top needed to removed. Ed was able to do so without breakage. I am very pleased with work from Steinhorst!

We called FJ Hooks after asking our neighbor for a recommendation. She had used them for many years. They were very professional and prompt, and did a thorough and professional job with replacing a faulty hose bib and shut-off valve to the outside of the house. We had water leaking inside, and they were able to solve the problem. We would definitely call them again.
We needed work done in two bathrooms and have not been pleased with our current plumbers which is part of a large firm whose name is widely recognized in the area. A good friend recommend Gidders to me awhile ago so when our current needs surfaced we decided to try them. We were very happy with the entire process. Sean is absolutely wonderful. He wired my hot tub, installed two fan/lights, and installed two dimmers. The hot tub outlet required 50ft of wire and it is all hidden and he only cut one small hole. Technician Rick showed up early on Monday to address a series of malfunctioning lights. He repaired a recessed light socket, fixed a bent bracket in a flickering pendant light, and changed a hard-to-reach recessed above in a stairway. His repairs spared us the expense of new materials. He was extremely friendly and patient, and spent a lot of time explaining how he addressed each problem. He showed us how to remove the covers of two under-cabinet light fixtures. He also showed us that we could replace recessed light bulbs with LEDs, using only a small adjustment to the mounting prongs, which we were able to do ourselves later that day. He spent an hour at our home, and his extensive repairs and education were well worth the $199 flat rate. We have used Autumn Electric several times, and have always been extremely satisfied!

We have a 20-yr-old Viking range that was getting dangerously hot on its exterior front when the oven was on. Harold made multiple necessary repairs, but the issue persisted. Confirming with Viking that he tried the right things but the issue simply was not fixable, A-Nova provided a gracious refund for much of the work. I appreciate their integrity and the attention our issue received over multiple visits from Harold.

Manex remodeling is an awesome company. They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we don’t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. We used Oak Hill to put a new addition over our garage. The work was completed on time and on budget. The quality is impeccable. They’ve been responsive to punch list and close out items. The experience that I had with Fairfax Kitchen and Bath, specifically Sena, was phenomenal. Sena was consistent in her communication, understood what I wanted for the design, and provided sound advice regarding the space that I was working with and materials. If you have the opportunity to work with Sena, request her! SHE IS AMAZING. The staff that demolished and constructed the space was also amazing. The work was completed ahead of schedule, effectively and diligently. I have a beatiful end product!
However, the reason I am giving this a 4 star review is because of the project manager, Ata. There was a big lack of communication and here are some examples. First, as the project came to a close and the staff was coming in and out of my house less. When this happened, I took the lockbox off the house beacuse I didn't want it hanging on the door unnecessarily. Communication during this time was inconsisstent and I did not know when people would be coming to complete more work. Due to this, there were times when I would be notified that work would resume MINUTES before and I was already at work and had no way of getting home to allow people in. Next, I recieved a video of a broken pipe that needed to be replaced. While I appreciate the communication and request for approval, I went home shortly after to see the pipe and verify that it was my space. I noticed it was already replaced. The reason this was concerning to me was because it looked THE SAME days prior to that. Which lead me to believe that the pipe was replaced before my approval for an addition 3K. Also, I requested a heated towel rack be installed and purchased a unit that had hard wiring compatibility. It was not installed in this way and later the wall had to be taken apart again and I was made to feel as though I didn't order the proper part. The box had also been thrown out before approval of the installation success. Lasltly, when work was completed and it was time for the final inspection, I was informed that it was happening on a certain date. I did not hear from Ata regarding the results of the inspection for weeks. I later found out the inspection never happened and that he was going to be at my house AGAIN "in 5 minutes". I provided feedback that the lockbox was not on the door AGAIN because I was unaware of arrival and there was no way to get home in that timeframe. He informed me that "this was a problem because the inspector can only be rescheduled 3 times". This frustrated me because that wasn't my fault and his lack of communication was the reason nothing was prepared for their entry. Finally, multiple times through the process he asked me to leave a "5 star review" before any work had started, while it was ocurring , or was completed. I'm glad that I waited to provide full and transparent feedback.

Miguel was the project manager and Alex was the lead contractor on my home project. We had new support columns installed on our portico and outside our kitchen bay windows. We added midway a reconstruct of our garage door frame work and garage door. Miguel was informative, adaptive to my concerns and was very hands-on making sure the crew had the right materials. His regular visits and our interactions were always positively informative. Alex's craftsmanship was topnotch. He always greeted either my wife or I with great positivity and kept us informed on his tasks for the day. If I had a question, Alex was attentive to explain immediately. During the garage door install by a sub-contractor, a few issues arose, and Miguel was timely in response and Alex upon arrival, worked diligently to minimize delay. We are extremely happy with all of SVC Homes’ work on our recent renovations and intend to use their company again for all future projects.We gut renovated our 1910 rowhouse kitchen and bath last year and hiring Sandro and his team to do the work was easily the best decision we made. Sandro communicated with us regularly and the work he and his team did for us was outstanding in quality and detail. We made a lot of changes mid-project, asked a lot of questions, and probably created a lot of headaches, but we were consistently impressed with the entire team’s professionalism and patience. Their reliability and quality helped us to feel at ease even living several states away and managing our project remotely. Sandro went above and beyond to make sure that materials made it to the jobsite and that work was progressing even with lots of supply chain delays.Sandro’s initial estimate was both very competitive and, in the end, accurate. This company is wonderful to work with. I reached out to get a quote on a project (removing several tons of gravel in planters, replacing it with top soil and mulch, mulching some trees, and moving a drain/adding a pop up drain), they answered on the first call, showed up within a day to take a look, got me a quote the next morning, and did the job several days later. The work itself was fantastic - they were very careful with my newly parged retaining walls and sod. They even put mulch a few spots that were not included in the contract. The price was very fair. No regrets at all. I will definitely be going back to them as I have more projects that need to get done. Thank you!

I brought my 10 year old John Deere tractor in for a couple of repairs that I couldn't do at home. My drive belt was loose and needed to be replaced, and my throttle cable broken. Also I needed new inner tubes and all four tires. Not only did they do the work quickly, but also power washed the tractor and sharpened the blades at no additional cost. This is the only place I'll ever take my equipment. My tractor looks and runs like new, my only wish is that I had brought it in sooner. Highly recommend!
We engaged blade runners a few years ago to mow our grass each season. They always did a great job! This year we expanded the service to include spring edging, trimming, and mulching. We were even more impressed. Our yard looks amazing thanks to the blade, runners staff, Amy, who set it all up for us!
They topped and shaped 2 bradford pear trees for me today. They did an excellent job. They used a bucket truck which I felt was faster and better for the tree. Price was very fair and competitive with other companies. Would recommend.

Genuinely, this is one of the few times in my life where I've come across a location with multiple 5.0 stars, and I truly believe it's deserving.I think it's a pretty universal experience to meet receptionists who are snarky and cold, but the ones here are so kind and welcoming.I have some mild anxiety when it comes to dental health, but I never felt judged, dismissed, or scolded by Dr Hiba. She's only ever shown me patience and respect, and it's clear that that's how she treats everyone she meets.

I love this place. They are ontime, efficient, courteous, know their trade and fair. A few years ago when I first went to them, I had horrible from teeth. Stains, chips, etc. I hated my smile. I was very concerned on the best route to take, if any.

I switched to Oakton Family Dentistry when I moved to the area from Arlington & they do not disappoint. I felt so welcomed when I came to the office and they give a lot of amenities during your appointment like chair massager, blanket, water, headphones and other things. The hygienist & dentist were both understanding of my teeth / gum health which is refreshing! I would recommend to anyone in the area!
Dr. Wang is a fantastic dentist. He has saved teeth other dentists wanted to pull. He is kind patient and professional. The staff is also wonderful. Ive been a patient there for 20 years. I wouldn't consider any other.
I rarely write reviews after only one visit to an establishment, but I really loved my experience at this dental office! Everyone was so nice and the overall experience was so positive. It was such a great experience that I booked an appointment for my husband. I was impressed too with the high-tech imaging they had! Dr. Davaninejad is so nice. I really appreciated how I was seen quickly and the appointment wasn't terribly long at all! If you dread the dentist and cleanings, I highly recommend this practice! Oh, and they play nice music and the office is beautiful.

The most thorough dental exam I've had in the last several years! Dr. Glikman uses the most up-to-date technology to diagnose dental problems, listens carefully to her patient, and provides a treatment plan for correcting issues that had been found. She provided thorough explanations of steps to be taken and alternatives, did a referral to an endodondist for evaluation of possible issues involving tooth nerves, and gave me a treatment plan that showed insurance coverage and patient costs. I left the office feeling satisfied that I was getting the best possible treatment from a dentist who had my best interest in mind.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Carl’s essentially since I moved to Virginia in the early 2000’s. His service is always top notch and there’s always affordable options for dental appliances/ cosmetics.

I have had mostly positive experiences with the Fairfax office. I have only been to the Alexandria office once. Didn't care for the darkly lit office. I have had the best care from Dr Atiyeh, Dr. Long, and Dr. Milan. Dr. Osario was pleasant and gentle. I did not care for Dr. Estabrook, but she did not do anything wrong she just seemed rather uncollaborative and dry. They will let you space vaccinations as long as you are informed, and they do a decent job of educating you on timelines. Please understand that the knowledge of vaccinations by any physician is limited to what the drug reps allow them to know. It is up to you to do any additional work by asking for the package insert for all vaccines if you want more details. I would like to add that my 1 year old is very healthy. That I am a medical professional so my conversations are tailored that way. I do believe that most minor ailments should be fine, but the only physician I would trust with a complex case is either Dr. Atiyeh or Dr. Long. There may be others but I have not had that interaction yet.
Can’t thank Dr Hegazi enough for what he and his team do. I have a crazy schedule and called last minute on Saturday morning. I had this weird swooshing sound in my ear that seemed to be some version of Pulsatile Tinnitus that was driving me insane. I wasn’t sure what was causing it or how to make it go away! I learned that upper cervical adjustments help so I thought Id give it a shot. After slipping down a flight of stairs, I was like. . . Yea, it’s time to see Dr H. So I called his team on Saturday and they fit me in despite having a busy calendar. Apparently the despair in my voice was palpable. Ill add that I am very picky about who I trust to adjust me after having a bad experience with a prior chiropractor in another state. Dr. Hegazi has always been very meticulous and sensitive to what I need. I always walk out of his office happy and I’m very pleased to say that I’m back to normal. The sound in my ear is gone and he has saved me a visit to multiple specialists that would have overcharged me and sent me home with antibiotics that I most certainly didn’t need or want. You can trust Dr. Hegazi. He’s a great chiropractor.
I received very helpful treatment for prolonged back pain at the Better Life Chiropractic. Dr. Seung Lee has a thorough, systematic approach to different sets of muscles. I like that he works by himself (except for the warm-up treatment for which he has a kind assistant). Thus, he gets to address your problematic areas repeatedly and, in my experience, with attention and real care (you don't get rotated among different chiropractors from session to session, each with only a superficial memory of your particular problem). Also, a kind, personable doctor - tries as much as possible to accommodate your schedule. Really nice practice!

My Tae Kwon Do Master highly recommended Dr. Gregory Lee; I was reluctant to go for the longest time because my primary care physician suggested physical therapy instead. After being rear-ended, I had severe back pain; I tried physical therapy and steroids shots – and they did not work. When I finally decided to see Dr. Lee I had no hopes or expectations to get better. Surprisingly, the pain started to diminish, and especially the knee pain. Dr. Lee designed a comprehensive treatment plan, a holistic approach to optimal health. His focus is not only to adjust the spine and fix the subluxations; he offers a complete, comfortable treatment that consist of physical therapy as well; he also educates his patients about the reasons behind the subluxations, and what causes them and how to prevent discomfort by using an integrative care approach that includes emotional, chemical, nutritional, and physical factors. I had to return due to an accident, and I am feeling so much better. It is an amazing healing journey, that I suggest anyone with pain take.

There are not enough stars for Dr. Taschler and her team. I was struggling with shoulder and hip pain. Dr. T was so comprehensive in her exam and then began working wonders. I’m more mobile and on the way to pain free. And the office team is the icing on the cake—kind, professional, and always welcoming. Highly recommend.
This was our home away from home. The quality of care and personal attention is top of the line. Dr. Lamour listens to our concerns and always recommends things to help. What amazes me is after we leave, he also researches ways to help. His staff (Walker) is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. My wife and I had been going there for adjustments since 2019, and we always left feeling better than we went in. Doc figured out why I was having so much back and knee pain and always provided preventive care, pain relief and help me manage my pain. This office is hands down the best chiropractic office you could ever attend. Dr. Lamour truly cares, and we have always been treated as family. We moved to New Mexico in April, and we wished we could have taken his office with us. Despite our move, Dr. Lamour and Walker have checked on us every month. This is a family owned business and it totally feels like it! Dr. Handy is awesome. I came here after dealing with another chiropractor that produced no results for me. With Dr. Handy he explained what areas of concern he had based on my X-rays and limited mobility. He came up with a treatment plan and explained that to me as well. The office is a clean and friendly environment. I ask this everywhere. Are there any military or vet discounts? Unfortunately, there isn't, but you can file with your insurance for reimbursement. They accept most cards and Apple Pay (so convenient for me/almost too convenient ). I use Apple Pay waay too much!! Overall, great family owned establishment!!! I can sleep on my back again and am aware of some problems to work on. O yeah, he gives homework exercises too!! They help keep your healing. I love that! Unfortunately, I'm bad at remembering all the moves which I admitted. I recommended homework worksheets that show the moves along with frequency and reps. So we improvised!! I recorded him doing the movements, so I'd know what to do and how many. Not sure if there's public WiFi. The building is handicapped accessible from the back parking lot. There's an elevator on that side of the building. Highly recommended BOB
Five years ago, Dr. Frey saved me from replacement disc surgery. After being diagnosed by a neurosurgeon with need for two discs to be replaced, I had a series of PT treatments and steroid shots. Following these treatments, after a short while, the numbness and weakness in my left arm would return. As a last resort, a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Frey. I was both skeptical and hopeful that chiropractic treatments would help. We started with 4-5 adjustments a week. Over the next several months, we dropped to twice a month. Today I need an adjustment every 2-3 weeks to keep the numbness away. I am hopeful that with continued exercise, stretching, weight lifting and chiropractic adjustments, I can avoid back surgery for the rest of my life.

I needed stitches removed. My wait time was a little long but the nurse who removed the stitches was very nice. She did a good job and helped me with another area that needed a new covering that I can’t reach myself. I didn’t need to see the doctor this time which was fine.

I called in after receiving a text of a forthcoming appt. Good thing I did as the appts.are computer generated and rarely checked by an office staff. I had no idea that a darned computer was making my appts.for me. This Dr. was "Johnny on the spot" when it came to getting rid of my skin cancers. His office staff were polite and courteous making future appts. His bedside manner is comparable to Sheldon Cooper on the "Big bang theory" he is indeed a character of sorts and an excellent dermatologist.
My son was treated by Dr. Freidrich Anselmo. Dr Anselmo was careful, thorough, and very professional. Highly recommended.
I foster dogs for a local rescue that has a relationship with JAH. Sadly one of my elder pups had bladder cancer and declined very rapidly. Dr. Johnson squeezed us into her busy schedule for euthanasia the same day I contacted the office. Throughout the process, she was so caring and we never felt rushed. Our sweet pooch passed very peacefully. A few days later, I received the kindest sympathy card with notes from the staff and Dr. Johnson. When I get my next dog, I'm seriously considering taking it to Dr. Johnson even though there are many other vets closer to me in Arlington. The staff are equally kind and personable and remember patients even after only a single visit. This practice is a treasure.
took my guinea pig there back in february when her normal vet couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her and she was losing weight fast. going to an exotics vet is so important if you have a guinea pig or other small animal. my other vet was good but she just wasn’t knowledgeable enough on guinea pigs. i learned my lesson and now will only trust an exotics vet with my babies. thank you stahl for finding and treating my piggie’s ovarian cyst and giving me more time with her when i was scared i would lose her. they really are the best!
Love them! They take care of my dog so well!! They are kind, compassionate, and their office is lovely. They have beds in the rooms for the animals and toys, etc. My dog still doesn't love going to the vet, but it makes it so much better than it has been! So glad they are fear-free!
We have been going to see Dr. Texeira for about seven years now for our pack of pups. One of the best vets in the area by far. One of our rescue dogs is extremely reactive due to the abuse she suffered in her early life.
Dr. T has been the only vet who has taken the time to help us manage these behaviors and coach us through how to keep her calm during her visits. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. If you trust your pets to Montrose, they will be in great hands.

went to the vet for some preventative care for my 1yr old cat. she is a very anxious and easily scared cat, but Dr. Bolton and the assistants were very sweet and accommodating, letting her hide in a towel during vaccines. the staff had excellent recommendations for cats' health. i will be returning when i need to! there is a sign on the front door saying please wear a mask! i wore one but not sure if it's still mandatory. i would to keep everyone safe!

I have been a client at Mainstay Veterinary Practice since Dr. Hitt opened the doors about 14 years ago. We are a multi dog household and when you have a lot of dogs that usually means a a significant number of vet visits to keep them healthy and provide them with the best life possible particularly as they age. From minor issues to major health crises, I have always received great advice and multiple treatment choices that are carefully explained to me. I never feel forced into a particular option. It's as though we're a team and are going to come up with the best plan together. And that method has saved many of my dogs' life and made those golden years far better for many of them. The entire staff at Mainstay is focused on excellent care, kindness and compassion. There really aren't any downsides to this clinic. They outshine many an advanced care/emergency treatment practice. It's always about what is best for my dogs and me.
Dr. Corcoran is wonderful. My dog had a reoccurring eye ulcer. He wore an e-collar for over a month and his ulcer would not heal. We were both depressed. When we went to Dr. Corcoran she said “it’s going to heal and it’s not coming back”. The e-collar came off immediately and the quality of our lives was greatly improved. His eye healed and there are no signs of reoccurrence. I am so grateful.
Very caring doctors and staff. Communicated with us every step of the way for our beloved 14-year-old cat's surgery to remove a large mass near her jaw. This is a very busy, trusted and popular practice that another vet recommended. Now I know why.
My pug received a bath, brush out and nail trimming. PoseyPups was quick, efficient and managed to cut the nails of a pug who dislikes having his feet touched. The price for all was just under $50 which was awesome. Will definitely come back.
I took my 8 year old Crash for the first time and I loved it! Crash usually looks frighten when picking him up from the groomers but for the first time he was very calm and was enjoying being free roaming around the shop! Staff welcome you with open arms and are so very kind!!! I love the feedback they give regarding your dog if they notice anything is off with them while getting their bath, nails, ear or teeth cleaning. We will definitely be returning back!!

I've enjoyed my Pilates lessons at Bodies by Bonnie, and Rebecca has been a great instructor. I knew next to nothing about Pilates other than it could help someone with chronic back issues. Rebecca helped me to slowly and patiently build my strength and confidence using Pilates exercises. I'm doing a lot better now than I was when I started. I think the attention to breath and form that Pilates requires will help with all my physical activities in the future.

I had an incredible experience with my massage therapist! I’ve been dealing with persistent neck pain for a while, and after just one session, I’m amazed by the relief I’ve felt. She was incredibly skilled, attentive, and really took the time to understand the root of my discomfort. Her technique was spot-on, and I walked out feeling so much better—my neck pain has almost completely healed! I’m truly grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her to anyone dealing with muscle tension or pain. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I was suffering from a sacroiliac (SI) joint issue and was in desperate need of pain relief and unable to sit. I went to YZ for a medical massage. All I had to do was tell Tony it was my SI joint, and he performed a massage that concentrated on that area. I felt relief the next morning when I woke up. I was finally able to sit, and the pain in my back was gone. I would highly recommend Tony if you are in pain and need relief.

Located in a strip mall, this location was easy to book by text and was very clean. Website was easy to use and accurate. Massage tables were heated and comfortable, and the massages had good pressure and technique. I really enjoyed the massage by Linda and look forward to returning next time I'm in town.

I made my first visit a few days ago. And I had pretty good experience. Staff were friendly and nice. Inside of the spa, there are private rooms and my room was cozy enough for me. Now I know where to go when I need to get my stress and sore muscles relieved.
I had a great experience with Emma, she helped relieve the pain in my legs and tightness no stretching or rolling could get rid of (sports massage). She also explained exactly why my body was hurting and how what she was doing would help every step of the way. After almost a year of pain and medical issues, Emma helped relieve most if not almost all the tightness and limited range of mobility I was suffering from in my legs.
I have had several massages from different massage therapists and they were all good. They can do soft or hard, including deep tissue massages. The shop is maintained very clean and has a table shower available.

My best friend referred me to Cheyenne for tennis elbow issues that I’ve been dealing with for the last 6 years. I had 1 surgery, countless physical and occupational therapy and chiropractic sessions, PRP injections. Nothing worked. I was pretty skeptical that acupuncture would make a difference but wanted to try it before getting my second surgery. Let me tell you…Cheyenne is a miracle worker…a true healer. Through acupuncture, cupping, guasha, and medical massages, Cheyenne was able to GREATLY reduce my chronic pain in a matter of a few sessions. I highly, highly recommend!
Awesome couples massage! The facility is clean and the staff listen during the massage if you ask them to adjust their pressure. I also loved the heating pad on the bed! Never get cold.
It was a perfect first experience with this kind of massage. Everything Jenny did was brilliant even though I didn't have to say anything the whole session. I was a little hesitant about getting this sort of massage at first, my husband convinced me to try since I'm in so much pain all the time. But this just helped so much with the deep muscle issues and the stretching opened up my joints and muscles. It was an amazing experience that I'm so glad I had. I'm definitely going back!
Resurgent Sports Rehab has been me of the best physical therapy facilities I’ve gone to. I broke my ankle in June 2021, then tore my acl in June 2022 (all on the same leg!). Although the original rehab for each injury was effective in me being able to return to play, I still lacked mobility, stability and flexibility in many that Resurgent was able to detect. Diana, specifically, has put together a training program designed just for me and my athletic career goals. She has gone out of her way to do the research of my sport and provided many innovative techniques for me to use. I have only being utilizing their services for about 3 months and have seen more progress within myself than the past year. I would recommend Resurgent to anyone who wants to take the next step in bettering themselves physically and even mentally!

Dr. Chou is amazing! I have been taking herbs and receiving acupuncture due to migraines, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, pms/cramps, etc. My pain vanished within the first few sessions! He’s not only knowledgeable and skillful, but is friendly, caring, and personable. I highly recommend him!
Had a great experience years ago with instructor Wafa. Highly recommend this school. They’re very patient. Great for those who get nervous/ anxious behind the wheel.
I can't speak on their behind the wheel programs, however their drivers improvement clinic was easy to do online (if you have that option) and their customer service is top notch. one of the best receptionist i've ever spoken to for any organization. she answers quickly, speaks clearly, responds to questions with accurate information, and has a positive attitude the entire time.
