Our community has been using Blade Runner for its landscaping services for any number of years, and we have gotten consistently high levels of service. Blade Runner determines when we need grass mowing, lawn seeding, fertilizing, etc. and does all of this under its annual contract. There are few, if any, add on's. Staff is always neatly dressed in uniform and BR uses modern, well maintained equipment. Staff does not start work until a set hour, to avoid disturbing late sleepers. In addition, when needed, I can readily contact our service manager. In short, I think Blade Runner does an excellent job for a reasonable rate.
