This company is exceptional with customer service. Every time I pick up the phone with any issue, a technician is quickly sent out to address my concern. Speaking specifically on my experience, my technician Brian is not only professional and thorough (emphasis on the thorough), but is very knowledgeable in most concerns I discuss with him. And if he doesn’t quite know the answer, he’ll do his due diligence and get an answer. My pest pros is certainly worth the money because of employees like him.
