I honestly can’t recommend Annandale Floors and Vance highly enough. On a scale of 1-10, they are 10,000. They are real flooring experts who are knowledgeable, professional and provide high quality service. You are not dealing with a company that hires mediocre subcontractors. They are the best of the best in Northern Virginia. I found Annandale Floors after I had a horrible experience with another company that had refinished my floors in April 2023. Vance explained to me what my options were and invited me to pick out stain colors I liked. Vance and the team completely brought new life to our floors! They did the whole second floor, which included 3 bedrooms and 4 closets. They were also able to match the floors to our stairs, which were done by the previous owners of the house.They were very professional and talked us through all of our options prior to getting started. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

Vance of Annandale Floors was the only person that would come to my home and fix the mess my EX contractor left behind. He arrived on time and prepped the area, refinished our railings, steps, bullnose and floored our landing. He even made a custom side bracket for my stairs which we absolutely love. The work was done and done well, in fact it was way better than I could have ever even expected it to turn out. I would highly recommend Annandale Floors to anyone.
