We have a 20-yr-old Viking range that was getting dangerously hot on its exterior front when the oven was on. Harold made multiple necessary repairs, but the issue persisted. Confirming with Viking that he tried the right things but the issue simply was not fixable, A-Nova provided a gracious refund for much of the work. I appreciate their integrity and the attention our issue received over multiple visits from Harold.

I have a 20-year-old Viking stove whose door hinges needed replacing. Morie was assigned and was a delightful professional repairman! He was considerate, polite and knows his products very well. I have used a lot of appliance repair people these days and I will most certainly use A-Nova as often as possible any time I need an appliance repaired! We had a warranty repair done on our new Zephyr beverage cooler.The technician, Mory, did an excellent job. He called first to let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time, performed the work, was courteous, and fixed the problem. I recommend this company.
