We just had our basement finished by SB Builders and Construction - to include framing, insulation, drywall, plumbing, flooring, and electrical work. From start to finish, the project was incredibly fast. Bob was super responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Any concerns raised, were promptly addressed. Bob really seems to care about customer satisfaction and the quality of the work his team completes. We would do business with the company again.

Bob, Franklin, and the SB Team are top-notch! Bob's larger-than-life personality really shines through his work! He and his team advise, recommend, problem-solve, and stay on top of all the details. They can do the rough ripping out of an existing space, rebuilding it to code, and working through all the details to make it shine. We'd absolutely recommend them and will be using them in the future!
