They put in 14 windows, redid our dormers, all new rake boards, new gutters, fixed some siding and did a bunch of touch up work for me. Very professional and didn't stop until I was completely happy with the product they provided. The owner, Ed, was very helpful, responsive, and provided great advice. Price was middle of the road but the level of performance and personal Ritz Carlton touch was incredible and should not be underestimated. 100% support your decision to choose them.Richard, HB, and the crew are perfectionists. They have provided incredible value and a standard that the rest of the industry should follow (but likely not). From the initial no pressure contact in person to every site visit everything was smooth and a pleasure. This is our 5th home and I can tell you that never had I had such a great experience. Don't be deceived by other brand name companies that give the dog and pony show and want that commitment before they leave or else the price goes up. That is BAD business. “I received bids from about 4 or 5 gutter/roof companies and there was a very wide range. This company was very competitive and no drama bid and install. I selected the gutter guards and time will tell how they perform, but overall things look good with the gutters and reasonable cost.“

“Our neighborhood had storm damage. Lots of companies came to our door to offer to look at our roof. We did not feel comfortable working with them. Then our next door neighbors recommended we speak with David Leckie from Colonial Remodeling. From the beginning we were comfortable with the process. Most of the companies wanted money instead of paying attention to our problems. David came and inspected our roof. He talked to us about the issues. He did not guarantee it would be covered but made sure we understood what was wrong, what the process was, and what his role was. David sat down with me when I called the insurance company and was here when they came to inspect the roof. I feel like in every instance he went above and beyond! We felt like we were the only customers he had. His customer service was excellent. He was available throughout the process to help us and never just passed us on to the next person. His dedication and support were amazing. We are so blessed we selected Colonial Remodeling. I have recommended them to friends and family.
